From the moment I reached Pasific Hotel the staff welcomed me with ondeh-ondeh kuih and a complimentary drink. The best thing was its efficient check-in/check-out process, which left me thoroughly impressed. No doubt, I got a total of 5-star experience at here, The luxurious accommodations, cruise surroundings, and attentive staff make it a perfect place for relaxation. Overall, I had a great experience from all the staff here very friendly, was accommodating, and the amenities were great. I booked a spacious suite, which was beautiful, and clean The staff was amiable and consistently made sure I was comfortable. I will come back again this hotel. The hotel which is a real ship unlike the usual normal building structure of hotels. The room is huge! The view from the balcony is calming. I love seeing the village on water. The hotel staff : Mss J. I discovered she's an influencer. She speaks so fluently and knows her job well and very friendly too. Lisna, too is very gentle, friendly and helpful. Other hotel staffs are polite too. Hotel welcomes us with iced honeyed ginger drink and hot onde-onde. So sedap!! Oh ya I love the cornflakes cookies too.

The balcony door was sealed and there's no opening. Wonder if it's for safety reasons? But wld be nice if we can step out to the balcony to enjoy the view. We couldn't on the TV but it's ok for us as we don't really watch TV.

This hotel is surprisingly amazing in all departments of hotel portfolios. It is the only 5 star hotel with 3 star hotel rate, in my opinion. I love this hotel like nobody business. It has everything a hotel should have and was managed well with privacy and decorum. The men executive lounge was amazing and professionally managed. The restaurants are world-class and the staff efficient and customer orientated. I love this hotel and I am going to make my intention viral.

It was a quick and fast planning happened in the very last moment of the weekend to visit Batam and choice shown in Booking.com was Pacific Palace Hotel. One of my friend was suggesting to book this hotel knowing the rating is already good. We booked it through booking.com and found it to be a great choice. Thanks to Booking.com for their recommendation. The resort is a huge well maintained place. Multiple options to enjoy in their premise. 3 days went in a jiffy and wanted to stay more time if time permits. Location, Ambience, Swimming pools, Kids recreation place, eateries, shops are few specifics to be mentioned to visit and engage yourself. The hotel itself constructed like a ship and you will get that feel when you are onboard into the ship :-). The breakfast buffet is okay with limited options but good. The backyard area is having a great food place to spend time near the backwaters. Rooms: Rooms were older but clean looking. Well maintained mattress and bathroom makes them better. Walkability: Though each of the room blocks and reception area is well connected through elevators. Food & drinks: Haven't tried drinks but food is good. Noteworthy details: Great view, Quiet, Kid-friendly

Breakfast Buffet could have been customised to Indian flavours to an extend. The dishes were too flat to taste without spices.

staffs are helpful, room meet the expectations and cleanliness is acceptable as the hotel is been for quite something, however my family loves it. First time for them seeing a ship on a land, location near our ferry terminal

Due to the length of the hotel been there might need to have and upgrade on the outlooks.

Restaurant location is great directly opposite the lifts at the lobby. Selection was good with many varieties to choose from especially the freshly made eggs. I was there with family over the weekends, they have entertainment by the staffs during our breakfast and invited guests to join them in the dance which was very engaging and fun ! Kudos to the management !

Apart from the disco, KTV and pool, perhaps they could have more outdoor interactive facilities for guests to create the ambience especially the hotel is in the shape of a cruise ship. Overall, it was a great stay for us !

The room is spacious and pleasant. Counter staff Jan is polite and her English well-conversed. Check in admission and checking out are hassle free & fast. Bellman Rio is knowledgeable to our enquiry and helpful throughout our stay. Although he is bellman and not his job scope, he do have the initiative to assist guests’ need.

Not a complain or dislike, just my 2 cents worth of feedback. Room Balcony dusty and need to be clean time to time. Balcony door need to be maintain as it hard to open and close. The hotel was built uniquely and designed beautifully, but lack of building maintenance (eg. paint peeling). The corridor walls was painted red and caused the corridor to look dark even on day time.

The staff were excellent, room was clean, breakfast was good and queries were answered clearly. The swimming pool was great and had two separate jacuzzis besides it.

Booked a deluxe double room. It was facing the carpark side and the vehicles noise outside was loud. the TV sometimes in the middle shows no signal and works after a while. No wifi in the lobby area and probably there could have been a separate SSID for it, im not sure.

About 15 minutes walk to Harbour Bay Downtown for food, seafood, marts... Riding Gojek to Nagoya Shopping Mall is within 5 minutes... The Deluxe Room is spacious with a queen size bed, and a smoking room is available too. The staff is friendly too.

Level 6 wifi was too weak...

Like the spacious grand entrance of the hotel. Staff very friendly and breakfast spread was adequate. Surprise to see Jamu also served but enjoy that local touch. The room was cosy and bed is comfy. Great location close to harbour bay and city.

Ironing board and iron condition was so bad. Some ironing board with holes and not able to stand. Iron wire not secured and should be replaced since it is a hazard. During breakfast, was short-staffed and need to wait so long for an omelette and pancake for so long.
