This hotel recently got rebranded and changed management. When I went, they had very good promotional pricing. The location is very near to Harbour Bay and a few short minutes from Nagoya. There's a bar with darts and pool table in the hotel. The lobby is quite grandiose and feels luxurious. The staff is nice.

The room feels not very well maintained and ran down. Furnitures had their edges knocked off, the door was not easy to open and lock, the balcony tiles had a lot of mold. Very spacious room but feels way too empty. Patches of black mold on the bathroom ceiling. The way to the pool is through some creepy staircase. Hope the new management has plans to renovate the rooms soon!

The hotel contacted us prior to arriving to ask if we have any allergies or requests they should take note of, which was unique. We mentioned when booking that we were celebrating a friend's birthday, and the hotel surprised us with a room decoration and a slice of cake. They also helped us take pictures of us and the cake. The hotel has many facilities such as an indoor pool, a gym, spa area, a restaurant, and a bar with darts, pool table and karaoke corner. The restaurant serves buffet every morning from 6am to 10am, and the breakfast spread is rather large and interesting, and it changes every day, except for the pastries and live station. Room service was also excellent. They changed the towels, bathrobes, bedroom slippers everyday, and gave us bottles of mineral water daily too. We did mention that they need not tidy the room which they complied. Overall an amazing stay, the staff were very friendly.

We ordered food for room service, and the food was average, considering the price which is more than the food you will find in batam. Some of the sockets in our room also was not working.

Firstly.....the ambience of the lobby hotel look like first class hotel....and it look very soothing and calming atmosphere....secondly....the staff at the lobby were very friendly and helpful....last but not least....the facilities like gym and swimming pool is quite enjoyable.....plus kind of surprise that while walking to my hotel room, the corridor walkway was very clean and air is very fresh....

The toilet door in my hotel room was the only defect as there a gap in between....as it not look good as people like if my guest that came my room and want to use the toilet, they would feel not safe.....

Upon entering the hotel lobby, I was enveloped in a comforting embrace of hospitality, greeted by friendly smiles and a genuine warmth that set the tone for a delightful stay. Their thoughtful gesture of adorning our room with exquisite decorations for our 15th wedding anniversary created an enchanting ambiance. To top it off, the delightful surprise of a specially crafted cake delivered to our room was the sweetest touch, making our celebration truly memorable. Grateful for the extra mile they went to make our stay extraordinary.

Good choice of cooked food if you like a cooked dinner for breakfast .Eggs/ pancakes freshly cooked to order. Staff very friendly and polite although communication sometimes difficult

Not enough choice of cereals, no muesli . Very limited fruit selection. Need larger print on menu even with glasses couldn’t read ingredients under food options lucky l do not have any allergies. No soap provided in bathroom. Bathroom needs a thorough clean especially around tiling / bath.

The security team is very alert to their surroundings and ensures every vehicle entry is checked thoroughly. During my stay , my room safe was locked out, and the security personnel assisted in opening the safe in a timely manner. The coffee house staff were attentive to my requests, and the food selection was relatively good. The pastry was impressive and tasty. All the staff were professional and courteous in their service. They were very attentive to my requests. One staff of mention is Adit; he is exceptionally helpful and fast in his work towards my request. He is cheerful and maintains eye contact with the guest, displaying excellent body language of being polite. He really made a difference in my stay in the hotel. Do keep  him informed him of the excellent service provided and continue be an example to the rest of the front office guest staff.

The room was adequate but it would help to rectify through housekeeping / maintenance team through regular audit checks.

Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. My specific requests were fulfilled. Received a welcome note from Hotel manager, and a delicious cake right after I checked in. Hotel was conveniently located, short distance from several shopping malls and Harbour Bay Ferry terminal. Hotel provides free transfer/pick up from the ferry terminal. Breakfast was good. We ordered fried noodles and rice which were freshly made.

The variety offered during breakfast can be increased. The fridge in my room was functional except that the ice maker was faulty. Toilet was slightly clogged although engineering service was prompt to rectify the problem. TV could be bigger although this was not a deal breaker for me.

The hotel was near to Harbour Bay terminal (though not walkable due to the lack of a safe pedestrian walkway and traffic light) and the hotel offers complimentary pick-up and drop off for arrivals and departures at Harbour Bay. The hotel staff was polite and helpful when assistance was sought. As we got a quadruple room, the room was very spacious for four of us. The breakfast spread was sufficiently varied.

The room floor did not feel clean but it was something we could live with using the slippers provided. The television screens were also regrettably small/old,

They have a good spread of breakfast. Eggs, fried rice and noodles were the live stations. Taste nice too.. All staffs were friendly. Prompt in delivering their services. Especially when there are issues with the room. Helped my wheelchair dad. Definitely will return again.

The indoor pool looks quite dead. Hope they will revamp it soon. The rooms were clean. But there were some issues like clogged sinks but were done when called upon to service. Doors of the toilet should change cause the magnets aren't strong to close it properly. For deluxe room. Had a room for disabled people and it was good but should put more handrails and change the tiles or something so that the floor is not so slippery (defeats the purpose of disabled room but floor slippery and no handrails). Attached will be the premier room for disabled.

Wani, Fidos, Dickie and the rest of the team are exceptionally helpful. Helped to solve many logistical crop ups by taking initiative and kindness. The room was spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean - - there's even a selfie/tiktok/ig area. Food selection was great with many live stations for you. Free concierge shuttle to harbour bay and back again. Daily menu of welcome drink available to quench your thirst.

There's nothing much to dislike except the food leans a little more to the saltier side but it is personal preference. TV can be a little wider.
