The way the room is cleaned (after I saw what guests left in it and then how was cleaned after it ), I think that cleaning lady did an amazing job 👏 and how she arranged towels that was very nice :)

When we arrived at 5pm room wasn't cleaned nor another one that we got in exchange....we were in rush because just had time to check in and to go on some scheduled appointment so that was disappointing because we lost some time, but when I returned few hours later the room was absolutely perfectly cleaned and bed was so comfortable and the whole hotel was quiet and there was no any bad smell in hallways so stay was very pleasant.

Kiya was very happy and helpful. She was very patient and may have been the only one scheduled but took each customer multitasking as needed. Greeting everyone. Apologizing if the wait was a little longer than expected, which goes a long way when you have many people all needing help. I appreciate that she genuinely cared about the guests who were checking in, checking out, or just needing towels refreshed. Please, higher, more people like Kiya. My second stay for my check-in was very refreshing compared to my first check-in visit because of Kiya. So appreciate her! I previously stayed there 2 days prior to that stay.(check in was rough) I also appreciate the attention to detail (I apologize I didn't get her name) middle age, maybe slightly older lady) that cleans the rooms she was also VERY pleasant and might I add she had those rooms very clean and fresh!

I had to cut my stay short but there was no other way to apply your remainind days to another stay or different location. This was no fault of the hotel but I would have liked to come back another time or stay at another location if that was an option but unfortunately these are the underlining stipulations but I think to have a happy repeat customer would help :)

I checked in late at 11:30 when the main counter was closed, but the staff was very friendly and helped me with an easy check-in process. The hotel is conveniently located near Chicago attractions. I booked a room with a kitchen, and everything was clean, including the bed.

Upon entering the lobby, we noticed a strong cooking or unpleasant odor, but the room itself was clean and nice.

The location was great, and the staff was very polite and helpful. The only concern was damage to the bathroom door, which was there upon check-in. A somewhat takeaway from the comfortability of the room.

Not too much, I didn't like. Would definitely recommend a stay to friends and colleagues.

It was clean. Love the mini kitchenette and full refrigerator! Not every hotel has this! I would consider booking again in the future.

Too much stomping and/or hard door closing like sounds. Considering we were on the 4th floor there was a lot of sound that was disturbing when we were going to sleep. One of the room we book did not have a trash in the restroom.

I like the convenience to the city but distance from all the traffic related to the city. The facility was super clean and the person checking me in was awesome.

The facility operates like a prison. Locked doors all around did not add to my sense of security. I understood the reason but wish it weren't like that. Not having a person on staff when I checked out was weird and in all of my travel never experienced.

The facility was nice it was clean the lady at the front desk was very helpful polite and very nice the bed was very comfortable and the area was very quite I enjoy my stay at the hotel

The thing that I didn't like is that the hotel didn't have a ice machine to get ice and the room was to small

I liked the fact that the room was ready, clean and fresh when we arrived. We didn't have to wait for anything to be done because it was ready for us.

Continental breakfast wasn't available.

What I didn't like was booking service sucks got to the property they didn't have a reservation for me good thing they had rooms available bookings .com let me down

Very welcoming staff and plenty of free parking spots at the property Receptionist was very kind and helped us accommodating a last minute early check in request.

A/C unit in room was cooling very good but noisy. Would prefer a walk in shower than a tub. Shower water pressure on the 4th floor very low.
