Our truck broke down so we stayed here for three nights while waiting for the mechanic to do his thing. Super clean and comfortable hotel room and bathroom. A/C worked great and location was quiet. Friendly staff no matter who we spoke to. Housekeeping did a great job. Loved the free coffee, tea, and cookies! The lobby was always kept nicely clean too. They also have guest laundry services, coins only but front desk can give you coins in exchange for cash. $2 for washing machine and $2 for dryer. We ordered pizza from local pizza restaurant Aurelio's and it was delicious! You can order delivery directly through the restaurant and they bring it to your hotel room. If you need to extend your stay they are unable to do it at the front desk, you have to do it online and let front desk staff know before 12noon check-out time so you can keep your room and so they can give you a new room key. We did ours through Expedia and everything went smoothly!

Breakfast was alright, they do have some hot food options but they are cheap, unhealthy mass-produced quality and unfortunately other guests grab large portions not leaving enough for other guests. Also A/C in lobby and breakfast area is a bit hot.

The staff were very kind and friendly. The room was decent. It was quiet. Location is close to several stores and restaurants. Breakfast was cool. Free parking Accepts cash deposit

I left out to go to my car and when I came back it was obvious someone had gone into my bag. I hadn't requested housekeeping and I left my bag a particular way. Nothing was missing. There was a lingering mold or water damage smell. They come up and check your room before processing your deposit, it's kind of an assumption everyone is smoking in the rooms.

The cleanliness outside the hotel was amazing being able to drive into such presentation was phenomenal. Then walking into the lobby seeing how clean it was, and then smelling the clean freshness in the atmosphere was top tier. You should really update your online pictures because it did not match what I had received. Guest services (staff) was just amazing. Y’all are awesome keep it up!

Location was very convenient for a short stay while driving through the area. The service was friendly and efficient. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. Very early morning breakfast for the road was an unexpected bonus.

The decor is outdated, but I felt the value was very good for the price.

Older facility mostly updated. Central location outside of Chicago easy access to freeway. Great value for the price.

Toilet ran A LOT and the shower head dripped constantly. We just kept the bathroom door closed and the annoying sound was contained.

Very good continental breakfast with coffee on time. Great location and great value. Staff was very polite and room clean. I no longer live in Illinois, but most of my family does so we come in often. This place is very centrally located for us.

It was perfect for what we wanted and needed.

The fact that our room was close to the exit was a tremendous advantage. We didn't have to go far to smoke. The shower was HUGE!!!! 😃

Not enough towels for the days we were there. Had to get a new set everyday we were there. Not a big problem though.

Corrected the error from booking.com transaction. Staff was very nice to work with. Large variety for breakfast. Coffee in the room - yeah.

Cold water for the evening shower. Towel from former resident was left hanging behind the bath door. The night stand by the bed had stains of rings on it.

Room was stuffy even with AC blowing, and smelled of mildew. Sorry 😞 I hate to complain as this will be one of the first time I have, almost ever.

Lacking a little cleanliness. The basics were cleaned, however areas like bathroom wall and baseboards were missed with much dust/dirt build up
