Room of a good size, clean, very comfy beds, tasty breakfast, location outside of the city center but still convenient

There is not much to dislike but I think it will be nice to put a small bottle of water in the rooms as a welcome gift and pay attention to details, like a bit more hospitality, map of the location, water distributors close to spa and sauna facilities, few more sunbeds as all were occupied etc. In our room most of toiletries were used by previous guests, so it will be also nice to refill them etc. These are all minor things but they can make a difference

The whole experience was outstanding, Leukerbad is a piece from heaven, the friendly people, the food, also the bus dropped us in-front of the hotel which made things easier.. all made this trip a non forgettable experience, we will definitely recommend it and will come back again in the future. The heating at night & the water we’re not warm (only at night)

We like very much the swimming pool with direct access from.our room however We coud not eeally take advantage of sauna/hanman and Carpe Diem as they open only from 1100 am when we are about to leave the pool to feed our grandson The breakfast was just OK The dinner although very expensive was not so good the fish we took cooked at low temperature does not have any taste at all!! The veal panée was so dry that our grandson refused to eat! he ate only French fries served with the veal panée so we ordered another portion of French Fries for him We paid a bill of CH 191 and it was not worth it Even my husband found the indian Nan very bad! For the category of Hotel Bristol **** 4 star hotel we find it quite disappointing.we used to come quite often 12 to 14 yrs ago it was not that bad but now????... what a disappointment!!

i said already the food at dinner was not giood at all..boiled fish did not have any taste at all! Indian veg dush very poor panee veal too dry

Our room was very comfortable and tidy. We enjoyed the spa, the gym, and the excellent breakfast. Whenever we needed anything, the staff was very helpful.

The outdoors pool was closed for the first two days, and it took a while to warm up afterwards. We asked for a reimbursement in order to go to the public pools in the village, but didn't receive anything. Otherwise, the hotel is a complicated structure of several buildings connected with many elevators, stairs, and hallways. It can take quite a while to get from A to B. We didn't quite like how hard the staff pushed us to attend dinner every night. Actually, we disliked it so much that we never went to dinner at the hotel's restaurant at all. We ate elsewhere instead.

The view from the room was great. There was a kettle in the room. Easy to get to the pool (just go down to -1 in the lift). Friendly, helpful staff. The room and hotel were very clean. Inside and outside pools were excellent. In general we had a fine time. Breakfast was good but only continental.

Pillows were flat and uncomfortable. No extra pillows in the wardrobe. No mirror in the room apart from the bathroom mirror. TV worked but there were no TV channels. These were small things but for a 4-star hotel, a little surprising. The pools were in general very good but, one of the three water jets in the outside pool, wasn't working. Sometimes the jets that were working, didn't, even after pressing the button or waiting. Breakfast was good but no English breakfast or close to that, just continental.

We keep coming back to the Bristol Leukerbad for the private spa area. The outdoor pool has a tremendous view of the surrounding cliffs. Inside, the warm pool is big enough for a swim. As for the sauna and steam-room area. Just right. The only thing we don't use is the outdoor ice pool. Brrrr. Breakfast is very nice with freshly squeezed orange juice on tap and iced Prosecco. Only degenerates and aristocrats drink in the morning. A nice touch is you can boil your own eggs, if you like. My wife like the smoked salmon. I prefer the selection of Valaisan dried meats. The staff at the restaurant is very, even playful once you've been there a few times.

It would be nice to be able to book a parking spot in advance.

The room, view and breakfast are wonderful. We visit Leukerbad at least twice a year and always stay at the hotel. Parking is available, the village is picturesque, and there are a variety of walking trails. The baths at the hotel make the stay extra special, to be enjoyed all day or after a long walk or a day on the snow.

Hospitality and client service with a smile could be improved. Also, over the years, the temperture of the baths, particularly the outside baths, is becoming low and is almost cold. It would be more relaxing if the temperature of the water was increased.

The room was very comfortable. Large enough for two with a balcony. There were extra towels for the pool which was very handy. They even allow guests who've checked out to come back and use the pool till the end of the day. Staff were very helpful, polite without overwhelming us with chit chat which is really agreable.

The dinner was a bit pricy and not much choice for vegetarians. On the other hand, the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of cheese, cold cuts, eggs etc.

Room was very spacious and very nice view. The mountains are impressive surounding the station. Restaurant was delicious in the evening and breakfast very good as well with a very large choice. Staff and service are awesome. The SPA is very clean and there is a lot of space. The sauna and hamam are quite big .

The door of the bathroom opens milimeters away from the sink then sort of hits the toilet. For such a large room the bathroom could be a liitle bit bigger. But it's clean and organized. The room that allows passage from sauna to hammam is really cold. So there is quite a lot of thermic deperdition when the doors are opened by a customer. They could install a sliding door to separate better from the exterior opening doors.

We went for a weekend with my 71 year old mom. We did bath, sauna, dinner and breakfast. The hotel has been beautifully renovated, the room and bathroom were a very decent size, separate shower and bath tub and bath area was excellent. The dinner was exceptional and the buffet breakfast very generous.

The only thing we didn't like was the water outside was too cold.
