The convenient location, friendly staff and fully equipped suite.

The noise. I was unlucky to have some noise disturbance throughout my trip. There were some teenage guests slamming doors and talking loudly during late hours on my floor. Besides that, some city workers were continuously blowing leaves in front of the hotel entrance for a long time every night. I guess it’s due to the season and the fact that there was a school holiday during this time of year. However, the friendly staff was able to solve the noise disturbance issue very quickly. A special thanks to Patrick and Beni for the friendliness and hospitality.

Besides the hotel is not in the central part of Paris it has really easy access to it. The subway station is right in front of the hotel, couldn't be closer. Another good part is the supermarket below the hotel: anything you need for groceries you can buy easily there. I had a really good stay at the hotel and definitely would return there.

It's not a really bad thing, but the breakfast could have more options

We could check in 1 hour earlier. The room was decent size. There were towels and linen was fresh. Everything was clean. There is water machine at reception. Near the metro station no. 7. appx. 30 minutes to Louvre. There is Casino supermarket under the hotel. The neighborhood is good. We didn't have breakfast, but I saw fruits. There is a big TV and wifi connetion is good.

The hotel itself is a little bit outdated and worn. There were no proper chair to eat. There isn't any shelf in the bathroom. You could cook, but there is only one pan and some glass vessel.

The room was clean. There was an elevator to our floor. Breakfast was available for a fee, although we didn't have it. There is a big grocery right next door, so we could get water, fruits, etc., etc. The staff was helpful and public transportation is very close. Nice shower, fridge in room but the room was a little smaller than I expected....

We couldn't find the place!!! Our taxi driver drove all around and finally dumped our bags. It turns out the address is listed as being on the main street, but the hotel is up another street/alley. We walked around for almost an hour trying to find it and asking the locals. No one knew where it was!! Finally someone found it for us....

A great place to stay if you need to go to the Orly airport or just want to have a very comfortable apartment for a good price. - Very spacey - Fully equipped kitchen - Personal is really helpful and friendly, they even gave our children a welcome gifts - No problem with earlier check-in if possible - A really big and cheap supermarket in the same building - Just near the metro station ~ 20-30 mins to the center - On the cheapest way to the Orly airport ~ 40-50 mins on T7 tram - Very good price for value in Paris, if you don't mind spending 10-20 mins more in metro going to the center - book this hotel. The comfort level is much higher than in hotels in the center of Paris

Perfect location close to the Metro station and super markets. Very friendly and helpful staff and spacious rooms.

I was surprised by the very big size of the room compared with other apart-hotels I stayed at in Paris. The kitchenette is supplied with all the necessary stuff for a few days - though the knives should be sharpened, a pair of scissors added, and the dish sponge replaced when guests check out - and I found all clean, tidy and in working order. The bathroom is also very spacious, to the point that even though there is no curtain, nothing gets wet after showering. Bed comfortable, wifi strong and stable, nice view from floor 7th, quiet surroundings, perfect public transport connections and supermarket/shops/restaurants around the corner. Instant room upgrade upon reservation for Genius users. I really enjoyed my 4-night stay there and will surely be back.

Daily housekeeping isn’t usually offered for free in apart-hotels for short stays and that’s fine with me. But I think towel replacement should be done at least every other day. I was finally able to get fresh towels for the last of my 4 nights there. Of course, there is a washing room downstairs when you can do your laundry, but very few machines are available and you need to download an app in order to pay and operate the machines instead of using cash or credit card, which is a lot quicker and easier for just a few days.

Location is excellent if you want to save money but with easy connections to the center of Paris but It ill take an average of 45 min to get to most places. The Metro station is just in front of the building and there is a big supermarket in the ground floor. There is a laundromat available too. There are several restaurants and a drugstore right by the building. If traveling on a budget and with family, for the price and amenities,I think it is a great option.

Service was efficient but the level of sympathy varied among the employees. Some floors had a particular smell. People cook and the odors get to the hall. The apartments are comfortable for 4 people. The room keys are extremely sensitive and constantly get demagnetized.

Location is perfect for those who travel by car. You can leave it in the garage (extra charge) and use metro line 7, the station is located next to the hotel. I strongly recommend to use public transport in Paris and to have a valid ticket (they really check it from time to time). Our appartment was OK, clear with big bathroom, equipment in the kitchen limited but sufficient to prepare your own breakfast if you don't want to pay extra for the one served in the hotel. For this price I'm satisfied.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, so when there is hot outside you have to open all the windows to be able to sleep. This brings some noise into the room, but still I could sleep quite well.

Travelled with family and stayed couple of nights to see Paris. Location is excellent, super market next to the building and Metro station less than 1 min walk/ front of the building. Secure car parking and it connects to the floors by lift. Rooms are good size for a family of four and a small kitchen to make a breakfast. Few restaurants and bakery close by. There is no AC in the room so if it's a hot day then bit difficult to sleep.

This is a well used rooms compared to the branch hotel in Remis. But for us it met all our needs. You might get a smell in the room depends on what the previous person cooked for breakfast.
