Small single room, with ensuite shower-room. Nice breakfast. Nice cool can of beer in the mini-fridge for a reasonable price. Very welcome late at night! Located 5- 8 minutes walk from Delicias train station, which was good for me as my train arrived in at 22.30. The hotel is more like a bed and breakfast as it only serves breakfast. Nice friendly people at reception.

Room was a bit too small - I had to squeeze a chair in beside the bed so that I could open my suitcase on the floor. The location has nothing - only the train and bus station. But there are 1 or 2 shops in the station. You have to take a bus to the lovely city centre.

The staff were absolutely wonderful. The room is cozy. I liked the views towards the train station and the mountains. The bathroom is big and well lit. Breakfast is ok, specially since there aren’t many cafeterias around. The hotel is located 3 min walking from the train/bus station, there are 3 lines that communicate with the old center, one of the buses has a stop very close to the hotel.

I think there should be more plugs in the room, at least one by each bed side.

Room was small but comfortable and functional. Bathroom very clean. The staff at the desk were pleasant.

A couple of problems with the lock on my door, although the staff had it seen to fairly swiftly. The situation of the hotel is not ideal for a single traveller. It is very close to the railway station where the main inter-city trains stop, but there is nothing in the way of bars or restaurants around. The city centre is a half-hour walk away, although there is a bus stop 50 metres from the hotel, with buses running every ten minutes through the day.

It was very quiet in a residential neighbourhood but only 5 minutes walk from the main train and bus station. The room was a decent size, similarly the bathroom, and was comfortable. The friendly staff helped me with my need for extra pillows, and I slept well generally. There were cafe/ bars about 5 minutes walk away and a bus stop very near to reach the centre easily.

The room seemed very warm, but opening the window in the evening solved that, since the air con didn't work.

Lovely place, with spacious and clean rooms. comfortable bed and good WiFi connection if needed:) They offer a breakfast buffet with a wide variety - the cafetaria is also comfortable and nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff too. It's right next to the train station, which is great. The centre can be reached by walking 20 - 30 minutes and there are buses.

For me it was wonderful as it was a 12 min walk to the Train station and the staff were superb. Had to pass back through town a few days later and they were exceptional as they allowed me to use their Wi-Fi in the lobby (since train station hasn't any) which allowed me to plan my travel with transportation and accommodation for that night. Room also had a mini fridge which is so helpful when one is backpacking and budget conscious.

Location very close to main train station, reception friendly and room fine - very clean, very good hotwater, bathroom and amenities. Comfortable bed and good wifi. A shopping centre not far with limited eating options - not unexpected given location.

A sign on the small entry street would help to locate more easily. It was as expected and so no issues.

Breakfast was good

They only had spring mattresse beds in there rooms, but everything else was good.

The reception staff Eva was wonderful and very kind. Since we stayed for just one night, arrived late and would leave early, she didn't charge for the parking. Good value for money. Very clean room, great ammenities.

The shower could have more water pressure, it wasn't sufficient to wash off the body gel and shampoo conveniently. Some of the food, like eggs and other products weren't replaced during all our breakfast time, which was a bit of a disappointment.

It is located right across from the bus and train station which made it ideal for me. The walk into the town centre is 3.5km which is a bit far but busses run regularly. The wonderful staff is friendly and helpful and the room clean with an excellent cooling system. In addition, I had the best sleep I’ve had all month on the bed. I really liked the firm mattress.
