Easy accessible location (5 minutes from highway, 5 minutes from city centre, quiet area) - alle the facilities you need, comfortable beds & pillows, very well noise insulated rooms (we could hear the family in the next room when we walked on the hallway, but could hear nothing in our room), very good air conditioning (it was 37c outside but comfy cold in our room, and still quiet and no ‘wind’). Restaurant above expectation.

Pool is big, but so is the hotel. So pretty busy when we stayed there (but was in holiday season on an extremely hot day).

Fantastic view of the park and the Basilica in the distance. The room was spacious and nicely furnished and the bath / shower was very refreshing. The outdoor pool was a good size with lounge chairs all around.

Having to pay 17 Euros for parking as it was out of town. The hotel overlooks a free car park but we had a campervan and weren't happy to leave it. No tea/ coffee making facilities in the room and unable to get any from the cafe as it was shut.

The room was spacious. It had two chairs which is definitely a bonus! The bed was very comfortable. The restaurant was superb; staff were very attentive. The fish dishes were excellent, well prepared and presented. The carpark was easily accessible, spacious and very secure. All the hotel staff were friendly and welcoming. Arturo on reception was cheerful and helpful.

The TV was dire, very outdated. Channel selection was poor and no facility to cast from a laptop. The bath was clearly in need of an upgrade, it had a rusty patch on it. There is a lack of vegetarian options on the dinner menu. This is not unusual in Spain, but in such an big hotel with a 4 star rating, I would expect more choice.

We had an exceptional stay and wished we could have stayed longer — a super find in Zaragoza! The rooms are modern, clean, spacious, and well-designed. The staff were friendly and efficient. Easy private parking below the hotel, and a short distance to the city centre by bus or taxi. And the pool is outstanding, a huge bonus on a hot summer’s day.

Spacious rooms, nice swimming pool, parking free of charge, very nice breakfast. The eggs were specially good and runny.

They say it is family friendly but there was no food available at 7:00 pm, they don’t have ice cream… and the restaurant opens at 20:30. I know it is normal Spanish time, however at least room service should have been available: or at least sandwiches.

Lovely rooms with super comfy beds and linen, great restaurant. The pool was also great, with an easy towel service at reception. Great car park with lift direct to our room floor. Would recommend.

If I was being picky, the check in procedure could be a bit quicker (especially as we did this on line in advance). But it wasn't a big issue.

Big bed and window, nice food in restaurant a la carte if you decide to go for a dinner.

The Expo area is nice looking, close to train station, but its far to everything else if you wanna do sightseing or dininig or partying or shopping in city centre. There could be more choices on warm dishes at breakfast.

Beautiful building, extremely spacious and close to city centre by foot. On site car parking was plentiful. Stylish, spacious and modern rooms with view of city and Ebro. Staff were polite and helpful. Dinner was good value in the restaurant and well cooked and nicely presented. Good breakfast with great choice.

Bathroom could have been a bit cleaner - mould on the floor at the edge of the glass. Car park at 17euros per night a bit pricey. Shame the pool was closed - although we were there in October the weather was wonderfully hot and after a day in the city a swim would have been very welcome.

Nice modern hotel, comfortable rooms, good view over the Ebro River. We chose it for the parking, which was perfect for a VW California. Wide access with no tight turns despite being an underground car park, 2.3m height, secure. Perfecto! Taxis readily available from reception into the city, and plenty around in the city centre.
