My recent stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and they were happy to answer any questions I had. My room was clean, comfortable, and well-appointed, providing a perfect space to relax after a long day of exploring. One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It's conveniently situated near everything I wanted to see and do. This made getting around incredibly easy and saved me a lot of time and money on transportation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and enjoyable stay. I would definitely stay here again!

The internet was not at it's best most of the times

The hotel is at great location, it has many options available very near- pharmacy, markets, restaurant, coffee places, atm and exchange etc... Marina beach is 15min away via car, and also a metro station is within the walking distance- maybe 10 min away from hotel. It was clean, room service was great, the only thing I would recommend if you have long hair is carrying your own hair dryer because the one in the room was quite old. Everything else was perfect we would for sure visit again. 💐

Outsourcing the parking creates small problems, but reception staff is always there to help.

First of all Wi-fi, it is awful, it is free but it almost does not work. The hotel is a bit old, so telephone in the room very old, didn’t know how to call reception. They don’t have room service at all. The housekeeping didn’t leave enough shower things as soap, toilet paper… some days it was just one towel instead of two

Excellent hotel, sparkly clean, great location - 10 min walk from the metro, liquor store at the back, 24-hours supermarket, wonderful swimming pool, marble in the bathroom. After I booked the room, I asked for a balcony and they gave me a room with a balcony, which was a wondeful surprise! The room was spacious, with sofa, The bathroom was equipped with nice toiletries, like a dental and a shaving kits. Very friendly staff, Vishnu, very helpful. Highly recommend!

I was a regular in the hotel with the previous name "Byblos", first time to visit it with the new name. Nothing changed, only the lobby and the branding. Rooms are the same. Good value for money and good location in Barsha Heights.

The only stopped using air freshener after the housekeeping (they should have it back). Also the pillows are not comfortable and needs renovation.

Great location, big room and big bed. Friendly and very helpful staff. Very clean and accomodating.

Initially had an issue with AC but was rectified quickly. Had an issue with no water over night first night, but was fixed within a few hours. Internet was great until last day where I think router dropped off, this took longer than expected to rectify but it was definitely rectified within 24hrs.

Excellent location. Super markets nearby. The room was spacious, and the housekeeping was good. Good value for money. Fibber Mcgees, do a good breakfast.

We were put in a smoking room when asked for non smoking. We didn't ask to move as not on room lots

Address/GPS on booking.com took me to the wrong location. Spent a long time trying to figure out where the property was. Was stressful and staff on phone struggled to direct me. Had to find alternative route. Original room smelt disgusting and heavy smoke.Staff helped me move rooms!
