The room was in good condition. I liked the fact that it was a Japanese tatami room and the yukata was prepared, making it fun for foreigners to travel. The table in the room was also large, so it was good to eat.

If the bus is accurately investigated, access is not bad, but the long interval between buses made it a little difficult to get to the hotel. It can be mistaken for a white room in the form of a small dome in front of the hotel because of the photos of the hotel. However, it was rather nice that the hotel room was located on a high floor.

The staff was extremely helpful during the check-in. They helped me book the transport for 2 suitcases which worked perfectly as well as a taxi for the next morning. The breakfast was Japanese style, just as I wanted it. So different from my usual but very good ! I also appreciated the bathing facility, with water just at the right temperature. In the morning very nice path along the water and easy access to the sand bank. Restaurant and supermarket in good walking distance.

There was nothing to dislike.

We had a lovely stay at the Gran resort. The view from our room was stunning and we loved using the hotel Onsen. We felt like the staff were very helpful, in particular Takano who was very kind and gave us good recommendations.

Milk in the room would be good for those who like milk tea

The staff were really nice. The location is great for exploring the area.

The onsen is not tattoo friendly, and there was no shower in our room. The staff let us use the onsen after hours, which means at 11pm. Not a lot of restaurants around.

Clearly one of the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in Japan. Very cute traditional Japanese rooms and beautiful views, big rooms, nice onsen, that I could use after hours because of my tattoos (They’re very agreeable). Close to Ine fishing village, the téléphérique and Amanohashidate! Also the staff is literally the nicest people on earth!

The staff were extremely nice and very helpful. The place is rural (close to Ine fishing village), so the staff were eager help by giving tips on where to eat and local bus times to Ine. We do not speak Japanese and the staff happily used Google translate to explain everything to us.

Staff were very helpful despite the language barrier. The view of the harbor was beautiful.

Lack of flexibility for the restaurant. You need to make a reservation the night before. Even though there was only one table in. Very dated deco, but it was clean.

Traditional japanese style room, very typical. The public bath was clean and equipped. The breakfast was traditional and had huge quantities.

The structure could need a few remake on some small features
