Budget friendly hotel with great service. 10/10 for the staff 🌟 Room was small and cozy. Well lit and wifi was fast. There are ample parking spaces, and guests gets free parking (1 car per room)

Location is near establishments (restos and fast food chain, convenience stores) but quite far from malls. Neighborhood particularly amorsolo street gets a little scary at night especially for female solo travellers. I went out to look for a place to eat but heard shouting down the street so I backed out and just ate 7eleven food 😅 I also did not like that their bathroom sink was malfunctioning. Toiletries like toothbrush or toothpaste were not provided. No slippers too. They have wall mounted liquid soap tho, and towels and bed sheets were clean and smelled nice.

Staff are friendly, they will greet you with a smile every time they see you. Helps you whenever they could. Also the proximity is also an advantage. The room is clean. Hot water shower, AC and Fan is working well. The television will keep you entertained.

First 2 nights we had a problem with the water pressure being too low. But that very next day they notified us that they will be fixing the pipe. It is good that they give notice in advance before the maintenance. After that, we've enjoyed the shower. All in all they solved the problem. So our stay is good.

Good location for my need. Ayala is about 20mins walk. Lots of public transport outside, or you can ask them to get you taxi. Room is good size and clean. They provided laundry service. 24hours reception. Staffs were nice and helpful. Provided luggage storage on checkout (though, with a fee if you leave bag after 2pm)

I did not like was there was no shower curtain, so after taking shower, then water would be all outside of the shower area.

The room is just enough to stay at if you're just looking for a quiet place to sleep in and not really for a staycation. It is equipped with just the basics but it is very clean and tidy. The room acoustics are also good, you can barely hear any of the other guests. The staff are also friendly and helpful, and the hotel even have a 7Eleven downstairs which is perfect if you want a late night snack or drink. There's also plenty of restaurant choices around and is one of the most budget friendly hotel options in the area.

There's no closet in the room and there's only a hanging rack with a few hangers for your clothes. There's also no trash bin in the room, just in the toilet.

We arrived during the night, so it was very nice to be able to checkin at their 24h reception (if you're coming with taxi don't forget to mention you're headed to Amorsolo location, because there are 2). The hotel has many restaurants nearby and also a 7/11 and an Uncle John's shop. The shower was lukewarm (not very warm) water and the room could use some cleaning (the floor was dirty) and it would be nice to get a whole toilet paper, because we stayed for 2 nights and quickly ran out of the half used roll. They had ac and ventilator enough for during the night, it wasn't too cold or too hot. But besides that it was ok and they let us leave our luggage there after checkout.

The hallways had a mouldy smelll and the floor in our room was dirty.

A very good stay, nice staff, rooms as expected. Good value for the money. Great location in the heart of Makati. Close to some enjoyable malls and close to some very good restaurants. Next visit to Manila, no hesitation where we will book!

Rooms in the Red Planet are not very big. They have a bit of strange bathroom, especially the closing of the shower. But the water was hot and had a nice pressure, and that is what counts. One cannot expect the Balmoral Palace for the prize this hotel charges.

Location wise near Makati Medical Center and expecting no fireworks near the area which is good since the reason I booked this is because of my allergy and its New Year 's Eve.Also walking distance to the main road if you want to ride a jeep bus or taxi there's some resto or convenient store near the hotel.The bed is comfortable to sleep.

I don't like their soap dispenser even though it says 3-in-1 for the reason that the cover keeps on falling down.

We booked this place because of the proximity of my husband's medical exam clinic. Its clean. We come here for short stays. If you are transitting for a stay to the airport without paying a lot, choose to stay here. 7/11 was only downstairs and there were a few of restaurants nearby. Comfortable beds but small room. If you have too many luggage. Book a bigger size room.

Plain room, no kettle or slippers. And a mini fridge will do.

Reception accommodated me for an early check-in of course for a price. Restaurants are walking distance from the hotel. Grab taxi is always available. There's 7-11 downstairs, so you can grab a coffee anytime.

The room that I got was a bit old and I could smell some molds. I have to buy an air freshener from 7-11 down stairs to at least get rid of the smell. Towels provided are old, and were replaced right away after making a request. I highly recommend a thorough deep cleaning of this hotel to get rid of the molds from accumulating especially in the shower area. Other than that, I had a pleasurable stay.

I like that the staff including the security personnel are all courteous and helpfull, always with a smile on their faces, The room is so clean, the aircon and tv are working well, the shower is very nice with hot and cold water. The location of the hotel is good, with so many restaurants and shops nearby, and very accessible to travel.

The trash bins inside the room is so small, it should be frequently emptied, and for the cleaning and changing of bedsheets and towels should be done daily. And for the room if you can make it a little sound proof for the customers privacy and comfortability of not hearing the staffs chatting on the hallway.
