First and foremost, the staff and manager of this hotel are fantastic. They are always friendly, welcoming, and eager to assist you. For instance, we arrived in the morning even though our check-in time was 2 PM, but they kindly allowed us to access our room and store our belongings. On our last day, they also held our luggage so we could spend more time exploring the city. Overall, this place offers excellent value for the price, and you won't encounter any issues or troubles with them—they are truly wonderful people.

There was no hair dryer or fridge, but it wasn't a big deal.

First of all The staff is such an obliging helpful friendly person, that is really outstanding Breakfast is healthy and varied Interieur of thebreakfast room terasse ismodern and kreativ, if you like some accessoires yo could buy it too :) the Mattresses are of very good quality the first impression of the facade is deceptive and the owners know that there is still a need for renovation e.g. some bathrooms and carpets in the staircase and hallways. Everything at once is not possible and it is more important to me to sleep well, have a good breakfast and very nice care.

Super Staff who try to help. My favorite was Kay-Sivan, he was extra helpful, friendly and kind. Max was great too, as well as a Lady who worked at the desk who's name I don't remember. You take the S6 ( train) from platform 41/42 at main station in Zurich, and it takes you to Affoltern, not hard at all to get there, then just a short walk up to the Hotel like 3 short blocks worth. Good price for a shower and toilet in your room. Affoltern is a bit lower than downtown Zurich and the air quality is better as well.

No washing machines.

Though it was outside the city, taking a train close by made it east to get where you want. The bed was amazing and the room was fun with a theme aswell as cozy. The was a fan which worked semi-well.

The shower was a little outdated and it wouldve been nice to have ac. It said on booking.com that we could check in at 16.00. But when we got there it sanid 16.30 at the reception. Yet no one was there at 16.30, luckily someone was able to get someone who worked there to help us but it took longer than wanted.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Kronenhof where the staff and management were top-notch. In particular, the manager, Mr. K J, was incredibly helpful and made our stay all the more enjoyable. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, the idea of the self check in with the key boy box during the reception unavailability is great and i loved it, easy steps and quick way for the check in. Next morning during the breakfast we met Mr. K J who truly stood out during our stay. Whether it was providing recommendations for nearby services, or simply offering a warm greeting every time we crossed paths, he went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect. The hotel itself was also a highlight of our trip. The bus station is 2 minutes walk, the rooms were clean and comfortable. I particularly appreciated the delicious breakfast buffet each morning, which was a great way to start my day. The breakfast was so diverse and had so many options to choose from. One of the standout dishes was a plate of cheese prepared by a lovely lady at the hotel. It was one of the most memorable and delicious meals I had during our stay. Overall, we had a fantastic experience at this hotel and would not hesitate to recommend it to others. The friendly staff and helpful management, truly made it a standout experience.

Nothing

The hotel itself is great. The beds are very comfortable and the service here is incredible! I never met such an incredible service personal in any other hotel. Very helpful, very friendly - the webiste is also very well made with additional data on where to go in Zurich and what to visit in Zurich. I would come back any time and I recommend this hotel. Also what is very nice is that the hotel has also a nice bar where you can go up until 22:00 if you are looking for a good conversation and good service - this is definitley recommended. :)

Receptionist was very welcoming and helpful. Lift available. Rooms were of decent size and modern. Each room has it's own lovely theme. Loved the green table lamp. So nostalgic. Rooms were cleaned daily. Grocery store is next door Walking distance to another big shopping complex. Bus stop is opposite to the hotel. Adjacent to a very good indian restaurant on one side. The food was delicious.

Far from city center.

This is a wonderful place to stay in Zurich! We particularly appreciated the personal attention we were given. There is a fantastic hall for events in the hotel building which I can highly recommend. Everything was perfect and we are already looking forward to our next stay here.

Best Breakfast was not included but was worth every penny. Delicious, in a good ambiance, calm and quiet, with local and fresh products. The staff is lovely, amiable, and welcome. Recommended us a restaurant for dinner, it was amazing and with fantastic food. The hotel is not in the city center but Zurich is only 11 minutes by train. Exiting the city center was the best thing we have done, the landscape is beautiful, we can walk by night and hike by day. A supermarket is very close to the hotel and has all the facilities. Worth exiting the city center. If I ever repeat this trip I will come back to this hotel.

The room needs more light and, not a real problem, the bathrooms a renovation. But overall is a good hotel.

The hotel was overbooked due to some glitch in their web site. We did not stay in the hotel however we were there for awhile while waiting for another accommodation. The hotel is very clean and with a relaxed vibe. KJ the manager was very welcoming and very helpful. He even drove us to the next hotel and made sure everything was to our liking. He rocks and we really appreciate his kindness. You seldom see people go beyond their ways to help strangers. We would love to stay in his hotel next time we visit Zurich. If he treated us well even if we did not stay how much more if we are his guest in Kronenhof? I recommend Hotel Kronenhof anytime.
