Our staying in Zurich was very pleasant: the studio was beautifully decorated, clean, had a comfy bed and was nicely equipped with everything one can need, had a balcony, kitchenette and good sized bathroom. The communication with the host was very good and check-in procedure was very smoothly. We enjoyed our staying here!

It can be pretty hot during the summer months, and although the studio had a ceiling fan, we found out that it's only for show - after looking a lot for a remote control or a button to turn it on :)) The host however sent a fan the next day, so we are good here. :)

The apartment is spacious and clean, and right beside a tram stop. It is only a 15 min walk to Zurich Hauptbahnhof, and a 10 min walk from another train station. The city centre and Altstadt are approx 30 - 40 mins walk from the apartment, or reachable via the (expensive) tram. For the size and general quality of the apartment, it was very good value when we stayed in December. It also has good facilities such as a hob, microwave, fridge with small freezer compartment and a high quality coffee machine (although for short stays, the coffee machine is not practical as it requires ground beans).

The apartment tends to stay extremely warm, and we visited during winter. The ground floor apartments do not have frosted windows for some reason, and so the curtains must remain closed at all times for any privacy - although the curtains do not close fully. As mentioned in other reviews, the apartment is generally dark. The fridge and hob did not work on the first day. Only two pillows are supplied and they are not very comfortable.

Comfortable studio, very clean, lots of storage space, kitchen and bathroom has everything you need. Laundry room on the basement. Very nice neighborhood, supermarkets around the corner (denner discount, coop, migros). Viaduct park and hip shops and cafes on 5 min walk. Zurich center 30min walk. Possibility to park the car in private parking behind the building with an extra charge of approx. 30€/day. Another possibility for parking are the public blue marked parking spaces on the road for 15€/day.

Communication was through email. Sometimes we needed to wait a day or two (weekend) to got an answer on our question. Check out at 10am is early. We mailed the previous day to ask to check out an hour later. Unfortunately we only got a response two hours before check out.

The studio flat was small, but fully furnished and very comfortable. The location was superb being just a 10 minutes walk from Hardbrucke and 3 stops from HB Station - although walking was 15 minutes. A lot of shops and restaurants in the area. Being a residential area it's a good thing since area is quiet at night.

The flat was very dark, maybe some more ceiling lights would be good, especially because cooking sometimes was a challenge. When having dinner looked like eating at candle light. Flats are not very soundproof and I guess there was someone partying on Friday night in the building and the yelling was very loud.

Modern, renovated apartment in a quiet neighbourhood. Affordable compared to other accommodations in Zurich. Easy remote check-in. The apartment door opens with a code too so you don't have to worry about carrying the keys around.

Squeaky wooden floors - literally on every step. The floors were not soundproof either, so you could hear the steps from the apartment above. Also, the curtains did not cover the whole width of the window so the sun came in the morning.

No breakfast facility at this location , but I wasn't expecting any. Convenient little, well equipped kitchen area. Quiet street very close to public transpaort and a very nice indoor market area with food stalls and restaurant. Viadukt > Check it out

The entry code provided did not work at the main entrance but at the room, so everything had to be reset. You might want to check why. The cleaning products that you use, have a very - rather overpowering smell. Room needed quite a bit of airing to get rid of.

I was staying for 2 weeks. It's very quiet most of the time. With the occasional short party somewhere else in the courtyard (no big deal actually). When people were staying in the appartement next door one could sometimes hear what was going on. The location was excellent for the work related purpose of my stay. Loads of good take-away food places. And very close to the Hauptbahnhof!

The matras was kinda weird. A bit bulgy, too short matras (1.40x1.80 in a 1.40x2.00 frame - yes that's in meters). But due to the busyness of my work schedule I never had the time to complain. In the end it wasn't a big deal since I was staying there by my self anyway. To my great surprise, In my second week of the stay I suddenly without warning had a shiny new and VERY comfortable matras.

It was a safe apartment and a good location, quite central and not too far from the main train station. The facilities in the room were great, maybe lacking some coffee/tea bags. Service was wonderful as I didn't have a Swiss adaptor plug and when I messaged the host, they said they would bring one to my room soon. Because of that I could charge my electrical appliances and didn't have to buy one for my 2 nights stay in Zurich.

Maybe have air conditioning? But its not a must as windows can be opened.

Good value apartment in Zurich, great alternative to staying in a hotel with the added features of balcony and mini kitchen containing small fridge and freezer. Access to the apartment was via pin code and parking was at the rear of the apartment. Close to many shops and restaurants.

I would personally have liked a slightly larger bed. I understand that there are two options of apartments. 1). With a balcony, but smaller double bed (more expensive) 2) Without a balcony, but with a bigger double bed. The option 1 would be great with a bigger bed. This way, you can still eat on the balcony, but have the comfort of a better sized bed.
