Value, and the two young women at the desk were very kind and professional. It was also a nice view on the 8th floor! Would stay here again!

The parking situation was difficult. You have to park in a garage three blocks down. Also, on an aside, the manager needs some basic social skills. I'm sure it's very stressful, but there's such a thing as common grace.

This hotel is the epitome of convenience. Perfect location in the city in that you close to the national mall as well as other neighborhoods DC has to offer. Very good breakfast being served every morning which always hits the spot. Front desk staff were as lovely as ever and are willing to offer recommendations in spots to eat in the city. And a comfy room with the most comfortable bed with clean sheets. All for a decent price! Will definitely book here again when the time comes to visit DC again.

I will say that the room seemed a bit larger in the photos compared to what we had.

I sincerely like a sterile and genuine environment; one in which hunger games employees and or contestants use there charitable platforms for the most lucrative and believable positions also most captivating wins are believed to be ascertained through similar methods also known as a playing field and or societal norms with in human and or supernatural conditions - note ; that there may be superficial outcomes for those who are self serving and or serve a gain that is preeminent and or may jeopardize Mother Nature and or THE SPIRIT OF AND EMBODIMENT OF TRUE WINNERS - whom are believed to be Champions by the Webster definition - privy in my own experience (s)?

People - want to do more with creative and active content- may find other types of divinity and creative forces from exogenesis / non binary non gmo and promoters the health standards of FDA And ADA FOOD AND DRUG ADMIN / dental hygiene- sensitive ties to and or mercury poisoning- s/ and business venture capitol entailing - death toll rises

The bedroom and offer hotel is very clean. The bed was so comfortable! The staff was always helpful. The hotel is in a safe neighborhood and you can walk everywhere or even take the bus or metro. Breakfast is ok

The look of the hotel is very old, some furniture like the bedside table dressers were worn and some paint chipping away here and there. Security of the hotel is poor. Ac/heater is noisy and to stop it we always had to cut the power.

I liked how you had to have a room card to enter after dark. The room was very clean. The front desk Robin was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was pretty good. The coffee and orange juice hit the spot! I felt safe being there.

The elevator stopped working the second day. It wasn’t really a problem for us since we were on the second floor, however I decided against trekking up twice for ice which is on the sixth floor. I do wish they had a vending machine.

I had a great stay at the Comfort Inn Downtown Washington DC. Check-in was smooth, the staff were nice, and the room was clean and comfortable. The were varied options for breakfast. The hotel is walking distance to many of the attractions in DC.

It will be helpful to inform guests that the door at the entrance opens inwards rather than outwards. Guests could be standing at the door thinking the door is locked when it is not.

The staff at reception was very friendly and helpful. The hotel location is great to access most of the touristic spots by feet. The breakfast was simple and good. The room was quiet although located above a busy street.

The room smelled slightly like cigarette, which did not disturb us but could be important to other visitors. We would appreciate the use of permanent breakfast tableware instead of disposable ones.

The room I had was nice and cosy. Staff was nice and helpful. I particularly liked the breakfast, the luggage storage and the possibility to do the laundry.

I remained stuck in the elevator and didn't get any help or assistance until the elevator went back to some floor and opened the doors. That was scary and the cleaning lady told me that that elevator should have been marked as out of order but it wasn't!

Friendly staff, clean, fitness center. Great waffles for breakfast.

Breakfast area not layed out well. People stacked on top of each other getting food. No flow. During busy times, food items lacking. More fruit options are needed. Cranberry juice should be added. Fitness center lacking equipment (broken or missing) No parking. Why? $10/day charge to park. I get public transportation is major in this city, however, I’m visiting from out of town and have to park my car.

I was really impressed by this Comfort Inn location! The staff was so friendly and helpful! They all deserve a raise for going above and beyond! I appreciated the fact that the hotel was so clean and the extra amenities in the lobby (cookies, lemon water, coffee) were a nice bonus.
