Firstly the staff was very welcoming and informative about the hotel and places within the surroundings. 2 blocks away are a variety of stores to get basic supplies ( Pharmacy, Whole foods, liquor store, smoothies 😋 dine in etc) 16 min walk away from the white house.

My room was clean, comfortable and fav' part was a working fridge and microwave. ✍️ there was an issue while showering, the water in the tub wasn't going dwn while taking a bath ( no I didn't call front desk as I was already active in the shower so I just used something to keep the stopper from staying closed) I only stayed one night and totally forgot to mention upon checking out) also there was only one wash cloth available so my companion was left without one.. A Plus was alot of towels and hand towels available, BUT need more wash cloths. There's a Diner within the hotel if you don't feel like going outside and a self serve 24 snack area... I would stay again ..

Central location near most monuments, clean and comfortable rooms especially the bed

No breakfast. This is offered by a separate entity and the quality was not as good compared to expectations of a Hilton..

Very helpful & friendly staff. Free drinking water available in the lobby. Free dinner for kids if alteast on adult dines from Jhonny Rockets restaurant. Tea / coffee / hot chocolate & complimentary drinking water bottles available in room. Room had refrigerator, microwave oven & coffee machine. Free baggage storage after check-out.

Location is a bit far, about 15-20 mins walk to Mc Pherson Station & also White house unlike expected. So carrying luggage to train station was cumbersome. No other restaurants or cheaper dining options available in the nearest proximity.

Located in the city centre, about 10 minutes walk from the White House, so it's a good start for sight-seeing. Check-out time is very good compared to other hotels and luggage storage is very flexible. Hotel staff were friendly and very helpful.

There aren't any coffees, restaurants, bars, groceries in the whole neighbourhood (which is of course not the fault of the hotel) but the hotel itself has a nice diner and offers some snacks to shop, which counterbalances it a bit. WI-FI speed is slow compared to other hotels. Double beds could be wider.

Great location in the embassy district. It's a 10 - 15 minute walk to the subway and there are a couple of bus stops within a 5 minute walk. There are good restaurants nearby and also a supermarket. There is a guest laundry on the top floor which was very handy.

The room we were initially assigned was very noisy but the duty manager moved us to a room at the end of the coridor which was very quiet and we had no problems thereafter. It was a bonus that the move was done whilst we were out sightseeing so it was very convenient. The restaraunt/cafe is pretty average and did not cater at all for food alergies.

This was by far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. Right from check in, Jonathan and his team were approachable and welcoming. The amenities of the building itself are great - a business centre (computer and printer), little self service mart (which we used to buy some milk), a washing and drying machines for your clothes (free!), and a Johnny rocket on site that catered amazingly to allergies. That's not even the room itself. The room was spacious, well laid out. Had a microwave, and external sink. The bathroom had plenty of towels and all of the regular fixens - but a great shower is always a bonus in my book. The bed was comfortable, couch was comfortable and they even had extra blankets in the room. Thank you for an amazing stay.

The only thing that I will mention is that the place is a bit out of the city centre - about a 6 minute walk to public buses. But that really didn't bother us as there were great eateries and supermarkets around.

The staff were really helpful especially on the day that I arrived as my friend had been delayed by nearly 24 hours and was going to be arriving in the middle of the night. They also gave us a free room upgrade which was very much appreciated after long flight. The location was good, we were able to get most places on foot and anywhere else we went on the metro. Breakfast was fine, nothing to write home about but it did the job. Overall it was good value for money and I got exactly what I paid for.

Nothing, everything was great. But if I was going to Washington again I would choose a hotel much closer to the metro as I used it 3 /4 times a day and it would have been nicer to have a shorter walk at the start and end of the day. But, that is my preference and no reflection on the hotel.

Very good location, next to the reading market. Walking distance from Chinatown and close to the city centre. The free laundry room is an outstanding amenity when travelling with kids for a long time, but you had to be lucky to find it available as one of the two washing machines was out of order.

Upon arrival, we found out the drain of shower tub drain was clogged, and we were assured by the reception desk they would take care of it; we went out for a walk and returned late at night only to realise nothing was done. We had to remove hair on our own.

The hotel is well located, a ~10 min walk to metro stations and we even walked back from The White House, it took us about 25 min. There is a nice restaurant American diner style, which we enjoyed, and an automated convenience store - it did help, but lacking some healthier choices such as fruits and vegetables. I assume they do not want to deal with fresh stock. We had a good time, room was comfortable and staff very corteous

Our first room had a cigarette odour, they sprayed some kind of scent but that did not help much, Juleen the manager on duty immediately arranged for us to move to another room. The pool was already closed, I do not recall if the site said it was seasonal.

The location was great and the amenities were excellent. Spacious room and confortable bed. The complimentary laundry room at the 9th floor is extremely convenient. Overall, excellent quality/price relation.

The location requires some walking, as it's not near a metro station and buses are not abundant. This was not a problem for us, as the main spots we wanted to visit were within walking distance (i.e., less than 2 km).
