Very clean, great location and good value for money. Parking secure. Short walk to the Portside area. Good facilities in room and really good shower. Staff were helpful on the phone when I struggled to do the check in. Now we know, we are staying again later this month.

Doing the check in online to get the entry codes wasn't straightforward as I had to switch SIM cards in my mobile to do the one time passcode from my bank and get the SMS from the hotel.

Everything we needed. Lots of room. More than enough laundry and dishwasher soap. Large bedroom and bed and lots of pillows. Great shower and bathroom. Walking distance to lots of great restaurants. The hotel itself has very nice feel and facilities Overall, great room for the money. Also had two big windows to outside and very large patio with table and chairs.

The rug in the living area should be replaced with tile, couldn't close bedroom sliding doors and light switches were a bit confusing. Had to sleep with desk light on (in the bedroom) or shut off the main switch, which shut off bedside and bathroom lights

We stayed here after our return from a cruise. A short cab ride from the new Brisbane International Cruise Teminal. The property is located within walking distance of restaurants and shops. The room was spacious and clean. The beds were comfortable. The site has 2 pools, a spa and a sauna, great for a relax after a day's travel.

As it was the weekend, the restaurant was not open. However, there was a great takeaway across the road that was totally adequate for our meal needs for dinner. Great fish and chips of the old style and other takeaway delights. So, it's not really a problem if you arrive on a weekend.

Loved the online check-in and codes for the doors text to you.. loved the pools and sauna. Loved the location and that the rooms were clean and tidy. Loved the underground parking as well.

The spas wouldn't turn on and the restaurant is more like a cafe and there was only one worker on to take orders, cook and waitress. The food was ok but not fabulous.

Comfortable & roomy, lovely staff.

Check-in was an absolute nightmare. No reception, check in is via phone where you get so far & a code gets sent then keeps cutting out. Spoke to several other guests & they all had same issue. The $35 fee for early entry (we wanted 1pm) is a joke! For these reasons, we won’t be staying again which is a shame.

Location

The room wasn’t as clean as last time we stayed. We had a sofa fold out lounge & it definitely wasn’t checked by the cleaners. Room 14. We found a vape & food in the sofa when we folded it out.

This is my 9th tine staying here, nice and cosy rooms, the walls pretty thin tho can generally hear neighbours tv, I use this place when I fly in and out for work, and it's nice. Close to supermarket and all the food

When you check in you get sent alot of checkin emails to get your code for your room, some what annoying, but nothing major

Super convenient close to airport, very comfortable beds and loved the pool close by. Well stocked little kitchen. We stayed as a family and were very happy with set up of bunk bed and queen for the 4 of us.

The restaurant didn't seem to be open but there was a takeway across the road with great fish and chips!

The whole experience! Couldn't really comment on staff presence as the reception was closed while there, however the communication through the booking.com app was phenomenal

Nothing other the parking garage being quite tight for bigger cars, but otherwise everything was amazing

Great spot within walking distance to the cruise terminal shopping district. Fully appointed rooms - essentially a rental apartment. Great restaurant on site.

No reception so you do need to follow the instructions to the letter. Fortunately there are staff on the phone connection 24/7. So it's actually pretty easy - just disconcerting.
