Relaxing and just pure bliss. The beach is stunning and the water clean and clear. So beautiful! Staff were faultless. Friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The location was great for what we wanted. Plenty of lovely restaurants very close by but still felt quiet and very relaxing. If you wanted a bit more 'buzz' was a pleasant walk to Perrissa main town for a multitude of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

We loved everything! If we wanted to be very picky the shower in our room was quite dated but very clean and had good water pressure so really it didn't bother us!

The beach was great and sunbeds were comfortable. Great beach service as well.

The bathroom was a bit old and could use a renovation.

So pretty, we loved the location, the look of this hotel, the room was alright. We really liked how cozy it all looked. 🫶🏻Couldn’t pick better place to spend our honeymoon 🌙🧸 Breakfast was good, always the same things, but we didn’t mind it at all. We loved the swimming pool in front of the hotel and that the beach is just across the street. Also you have umbrella and two sunbeds free as a guest, which is great. You can take long walks around hotel, which we appreciated. There are many shops and restaurants around as well. Totally recommend it!🙌🏼

Great location by the beach and Perivolos strip, very nice pool and restaurant with good food and fair prices. Great location for families and couples. Good air conditioning. Large refrigerator. Easy 20-30 min drive to all other attractions on the island. Staff was very helpful providing sightseeing tips.

Room was a little smaller than expected, shower holder was broken, towels old/hard, the annex building is a bit tired looking. Easy fixes could make a big difference. Bathroom in the annex building room was very small and water from shower makes a mess. Doors opening and closing in the annex building are very loud. No coffee maker in room. Overall good stay and we'd stay again.

Overall, excellent facilities and just a stones throw away from the beach. Sun loungers at the beach and by the pool at the property were always available to use with free towels available upon request. Great breakfast each morning with lots of vegetarian options. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful at all times, rooms cleaned each morning. Excellent location - you can easily get a bus into Fira from the Black Sand Beach location.

Shower is dated and needs upgrading. We had the annex room and the stairs are quite narrow.

Location was good in the middle of Perissa and Perivolos so a nice walk to either. Rooms were lovely, bathroom a bit on the small side. Pool bar was good and served very nice food. Breakfast was good albeit same everyday but there was a lot of choice.

Cannot recommend enough to stay in this Hotel, beautiful views from the balcony, 10 secs to the beach, with umbrella and sunbeds included. Many thanks to the staff, the girl at reception gave 110% to accommodate us, and made our stay even better!

Excellent Location. Lovely well maintained pool and bar area and free sunbeds both around pool and at beach. All staff extremely friendly, helpful and had pride in the hotel. Excellent buffet breakfast included in the price. Food and drinks delivered to sunbed on beach and around pool. Bed linen and towels changed daily.

Storage for clothes was a bit limited. Bathroom was a bit on the small side and needed a little TLC from maintenance.

Really comfortable room, very kind staff. Wonderful pool with colorful flowers which is really big gift in Santorini. The beach was clean and full of sunbeds. I can just recommend this apartment for everybody.

I didn't find anything I didn't like. The breakfast could have a little bit more variability, but what they give it was fine and fresh.

100meters from beach, lots of nice tavernas within close walking distance. Breakfast included and good family hotel. All staff were very friendly. Good size pool. Bar food very had a good menu. Was able to keep room on for 40euros

We had a 5 month old baby and the family room was located up a fair few stairs. No evening meals served after 1800 Family pool had no access steps when carrying baby into pool. Bathroom a bit cramped.
