What we loved the most about Mary Rooms was the nearness to the beach and the overall look of the apartment. Wifi works despite Mary Rooms saying it works only in common areas. Supermarket is at a small distance, as are the restaurants at the beach.

The curtain in the bathroom is constantly touching you when going to the restroom. You can't avoid that. If you have to leave very early for a flight, you either have to walk a while to the bus station in the dark, or need to take a shuttle. However, that is not the fault of the apartment.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms kept every day clean. Great location, close to the best Black Beach at Santorini (others are small and so comfortable for all day stay).

Slow and unstable Wi-Fi.

What is not to like? New bedrooms, beautiful, clean and practical. The pool is amazing! Sunny the whole day. There is even a rack to put your wet clothes (a must with bathing suits and children) on the back balcony - that’s right, there are two. A front one you can use in the morning ing when the sun comes from the back of the hotel, and the bigger one, in the back, that even has a table and a bench. Not to mention the personnel! Everyone is SO nice! We had to borrow some sugar on our first morning, and the person responsible (I’m so sorry I forgot her name!! She was THE nicest person!) was more than willing to give us some. She even got some chocolate to my son as a gift :) The cleaning lady cleaned the floors and bathrooms everyday, it was really clean.

I wanted to say nothing, but the Wi-Fi only works on the front porch (we stayed at room 1, on the farthest edge of the hotel, so maybe that is the reason).

Owners are great hosts, super friendly and professional. We feel most welcome. The cleanliness of the accommodation and the hospitality exceeded our expectations.

Really beautiful and clean room + toilet. It was a 4-5 minutes walk away from the beach with lots of bars and restaurants to choose from. The beach was excellent, clean and clear waters, would highly recommend Perisa for people wanting to spend around a week in Santorini. The buses are well connected to Thira (about half an hour bus ride) and depart/arrive quite frequently. The staff were also very kind and stored our luggage for a few hours after the check out.

There was no bottle of water, shampoo or soap provided. We’re used to amazing Greek hospitality so maybe it was just our expectations. We arrived quite late because of a flight delay and immediately after the check in we had to rush to the supermarket to fetch water (because you can’t drink tap water in Greece), would’ve appreciated a single bottle for the first night at least.

Amazing friendly stuff. Even let us to do late check in. Very clean apartment and very nice pool. The beach just 2 minutes walk from the apartment. We really loved every moment of our trip!!! Eva she is a very lovely women one of the cutest person who we ever met!!!! Thank you very much for everything here again.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is perfect, with the beach and market just 2-3 minutes away. The daily cleaning service was excellent, and the pool was a great addition. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

The room was very clean, the supermarkets were close to the property and the beach was close and not crowded. The staff was super friendly and the owners helped us with info and transportation from airport and back.

The rooms are really nice, clean and spacious. Hosts were very kind, friendly and professional. The beach and the street with mini market, restaurants and bus stop to Fira is just like 2 minutes by foot. Pool was nice. We had an amazing stay, highly recommend!

Near beach, Nikos was very kind, picked us from Aeroport on time, transfer cost for 2people =35euros.Cleaning the room every day, new towels every day. Pool very clean and relaxing. Everything was super ok.
