Everything was perfect. The apartment is very close to the city center but in an area not at all filled of tourists. Everything was very clean, proper and with lots of amenities already included in the price. Last but not least, the hospitality of the owners which it was more than amazing. Very warm people, ready to help you and at the same time professionals at what they do.

The property has a perfect location. Enough close to city center ( 15 min walk to Duomo) but located in a authentic Italian neighborhood, full of restaurants, cofee shops , shops, supermarkets. Very quiet, safe and pleasant neighborhood and close to everything!!! Bus and tranvia station in front of the property The apartment is impecably clean, beautifully minimal and chic design and well equipped with everything you need , including kitchenette. Everything seems brand new. Super confortable beds an pillows. Nice modern air conditioning mini splits. The highlight of our staying were our hosts Tatiana and Michele! Most amazing, warm , kind, people !!! They treat us as family. We can’t say enough about them We travel a lot, and never knew staff like them. They will do their best to make your staying a memorable one! Tatiana was available at any time to give us advice about everything we needed, from shops, to addresses,etc Last day our stay was Berlusconi’s funeral, there were no taxis available and Michele drove us in his own car to the train station!!! You get your apartment cleaned everyday and restock with water , a lot of cookies , cereal, juices, jam, milk, olive oil, coffee capsules and a lot of toiletries . They even made our laundry for free. I cannot wait to come back again! We are now in Sorrento already missing such amazing staff and amazing place!

Excellent accommodation - lovely and clean, well supplied with coffee, tea, biscuits and there's well equipped kitchen with a kettle. There's a fridge which included juice, water and milk. The hosts are very friendly and helpful; the location is very central to public transport, near a taxi rank and with a tram stop is just up the road. We also received useful information from the host about how to use the trams, where to visit and locations of landmarks in the city. We would stay here again.

The only negative was not the accommodation itself but its proximity to the tram lines - the trams run quite late into the night and you can hear the sound from them and feel the vibrations from them in the room. The windows do provide quite good soundproofing from the general traffic though. There is air conditioning in the apartment should you not want to open the windows.

From the moment we arrived at the apartment our host Tatiana was very welcoming and knowledgeable about her apartments and her city. The apartment was looking onto the square and was very clean and spacious and warm. It was serviced every day with fresh towels and the coffee machine and breakfast items were replenished daily.The location is approximately 15 minute easy walk from the square where the Duomo is located but is also on the number 9 tram route and the number 12 tram route. I was very happy with the apartment and its location and the fact that it was clean and serviced daily was also a bonus. I would recommend this apartment to couples who want to enjoy the beautiful city of Milan.

I honestly could not fault this place

Everything!! What a gem of a place! And the staff are top notch! Seriously a great find in such an ideal location in Milan at this price point. . We walked everywhere. Duomo is within a 15 mins enjoyable walk.. a supermarket on the ground floor, many restaurants just around the corner ( please try Meatball Family) . Could not ask for anything more. Now for the apartment. It's like moving into your own apartment. It felt like home. It had everything we needed for our stay. We even cooked. Laundry facility is available just ask reception. It was free too. Such a great addition. The apartment comes with a lot of free things like milk , juices water coffee tea cereal cookies etc.. things that most apartments we have stayed in don't provide . Daily cleaning, beautiful toiletries including slippers. Double glazing windows and roll down blinds made for a great night sleep.. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Definitely a place i will recommend to everyone visiting Milan and will return to myself when i return to Milan

That i had to leave!

This place is an absolute gem. The owners clearly put their heart and soul in it and go out of their way to make the guests happy . The studio was very well proportioned , perfectly equipped with attention to detail of a five star hotel deluxe,. There were 2 flat screen smart TVs ,super comfortable large bed and a perfectly functional kitchenette. Room spotlessly cleaned every morning and restocked with food and drinks on a daily basis . Location was walking distance to main attractions and surrounded by great restaurants and a supermarket next door. The service was next to none with direct communication with the owner via whatsap - which other hotel gives you that ? Couldn't be better value for money!!

Absolutely nothing

everything you need and Tatiana is incredibly helpful. Fantastic host. We booked this from the reviews and were not disappointed.

Mattress was a little firm for my liking.

The apartment was in a good location, walkable to everything but also with public transport right outside the door. Tatiana was amazing, always full of information and tips for us. The apartment was spotless and really nice to have a coffee machine and kitchenette. Supermarket downstairs, and supposedly the best gelato shop in Milan was right under our apartment. Having said all that, noise was not an issue.

We visited in August and many businesses in that area close for vacation time, so didn’t have the buzz that I’m sure it normally would have, but that is nothing to do with the apartment at all !

Great location, 10min walk to Duomo. Also plenty very good restaurants and coffee shops around so need to worry about meals. apartment is very well equipped, clean and you have all you need even for longer stays. Tatiana is really so welcoming and helpful, she provided us with great tips on things to do and places to visit, so we followed all her advices and were happy with choices.

I liked everything but one thing that for someone can be a challenge is fact that building is at the corner of busy street so there is pretty much traffic noice. So for someone who prefer silent place to have good sleep during the night can be an issue.

The property location - Close access to Train, tram, bus or taxi Easy walk 20 mins to the Duomo Restaurants over the road are excellent and a yummy authentic gelato shop below hotel. Located on the 2nd floor there is a lift to take your bags up to your room, very easy to use. Staff- Tatiana was very welcoming showed us around the apartment, supplied with kitchenette to make tea and has a coffee machine, fridge fully with milk, juice, water, breakfast supplies and plenty of toiletries required when on long trips. Tatiana helped with a map to show us all the important places to visit. Thank you for our stay will highly recommend.
