Like how close it was to where I needed to be. Seems quiet and calm. I wished the pool was heated! The kitchen lady was wondering and had a great attitude! Easy parking Quick check in with the gentleman very nice! Much better than when we got there the first go!

No early check in courtesy, the lady up front was cold and rude. It was an extra $45 to check in .. I was only hr early, Walked right outta there. Not welcoming. I think that was the worst of it. Her bad attitude seemed to be to anyone... not people pleasing whatsoever. I'd move her from the front! Bath towels maybe some "face" ones would be good so the white isn't getting dirty with make up. We used our shirts to be nice. I would hate that!

location was great, breakfast was very good as well, pancake making machines available fresh fruit, toast bread and bagels, muffins, boiled eggs as well as well as yogurt and cereal Just a quick snack to start our day and head out to our adventures. My husband and our boys loved it. The room was super big and so clean and comfy. The pool and the golf course were a big plus, just take some off spray because of the mosquitos, since it rains at random times there are alot of mosquitos just waiting to attack. Other than that, the location and the stay was awesome it was close to everything as well as the beach as well.

The key to this hotel is how close you are to the beach, waterpark, and Moody Gardens. We could walk to Schlitterbahn, which was perfect for our visit, and it was a quick drive to the other places we wanted to go. The room was spacious and the staff were efficient in keeping the room cleaned. Bood simple breakfast.

There had been a lot of rain right before we came so mosquitos were a little bit of a problem, especially in the parking lot. Also, the rooms are a little outdated, so not the most comfortable.

The rooms smelled of dampness and mildew. Papers I left on the desk and counters over night actually began to "curl" up from the dampness. Bed uncomfortable; back ached thru the day after sleeping on it. Staff kind and attentive from scheduling to check out. Breakfast was convenient and well worth the price of the room; appreciated parking there while on cruise.

The breakfast was what I expected as a continental breakfast: cereal, bagels, pastries, coffee and juice. The putt putt golf was great for my two boys and they played several rounds. The pool was very nice, clean and a good size. Since it was February, water was cool, but my grandsons loved it. The rooms were older, but spacious and I particularly liked the small “dining room” table. Great with kids.

A waffle maker on the breakfast bar would be a good addition whilst still being a modest breakfast.

Room was nice size. I like the location. I like the breakfast. I liked the bed. It was clean.

The only thing that we didn't like and it will be a deal breaker moving forward was they didn't have the channel that telecasts the Astro games. That is a part of why my brother and I connect once a year there. If they don't change this moving foreward we will not return.

Located within walking distance of Moody Gardens Aquarium and Rainforest pyramids & Water park. Also located near Moody Gardens was the Trolley pickup that takes you to the seawall. Rooms were large and clean. Comfortable beds. Price was very reasonable. They also had mini golf on the property. They had a continental breakfast.

I would have liked to have seen a larger choice of protein for continental breakfast....ex...hard boiled egg or peanut butter would have been nice. Make your own Waffles would also have been a nice addition.

THE BEDS WERE COMFORTABLE, WATER PRESSURE AND TEMP OF THE SHOWER WAS GOOD. THE ROOMS ARE HUGE, WHICH IS A PLUS. I ENJOYED HAVING 2 SINKS IN THE BATHROOM. THE FRIDGE WAS CLEAN, FREE OF SMELL. PLENTY OF CHANNELS ON THE TV.

WALLS SEEM THIN, WE COULD HEAR OUR NEIGHBORS EARLY IN THE MORNING IN THE HALL. THE PROPERTY IS A BIT DATED, BUT STILL NICE. CHECK-IN WAS A BIT OF A WAIT, BUT NOT LONG.

The beds are very hard and bugs got in some of our food and they need to keep the pool clean and i think the refrigerators on the floor are not right first some open to left some to the right i was pregnant and had a hard time with it then the food i know COVID isn't over but bring back pancakes or waffles something more then a bunch of sugar stuff

We stay at The Inn at The Waterpark every time we visit Galveston. The staff have always been exceptional people. Very Friendly and helpful when needed. This time when we got back we realized we had left the window. Down in our car and nothing was missing and it did not appear that anyone had even tried bothering it. We had cameras ect in our car.
