What a quirky B&B, run by Simione and supported by Lucas. A beautiful eclectic collection of curios in the dining/living room. (Including classic bikes and racers) On tap tea making facilities and selection of cold drinks to purchase. Beautiful wooden furniture- some of the pieces made by Simione.. The garden seating area was a lovely place to chill (barr the midges)… though the hosts had thoughtfully left a selection of insect repellents to help ourselves to. Very laid back hosts- my husband was captivated by Simione’s collection of classic cars…. The bus from the train station dropped us off right outside the property. And a few minutes walk to the airport when we left, what more could you ask for?

We arrived early so we could see the city of Pisa. Staff were fantastic 2 of our rooms were ready so we could put our luggage in and go and see the sights. The property was only 5 minutes walk from Airport. Bus stop was outside the Property that took us into the city. Tickets available at reception. The room were clean and had great air conditioning as temperatures outside was close to 40 degrees. The beds were comfortable and a good size. All the rooms had en-suite bathrooms. Good size shower with good water pressure. There was a nice Patio and garden area to sit in. You could buy soft drinks water and beer at reception. I would definitely recommend this property to family and friends. As our checkout was very early we didn’t get to sample breakfast. I’ll definitely use this B&B again.

It is very close to the airport, an easy walk of about 8 minutes. That was one of the main reasons we chose this B&B. Everything was clean, it has a nice yard with greens. Unfortunately, our initial room had some kind of problem, so we were put in another with, basically, no daylight - no windows, and on the back side of the building that had no gates for the territory.. But we could enter the yard/garden when we wanted. Breakfast was very simple, but you could get all kinds of coffe from the coffe machine (cappucino, Cafe Latte..). It also has a free parking space, which is a good bonus for a city stay.

The hotel is really convenient for Pisa airport, it was a seven minute walk with our big suitcases. The hotel is in a quiet suburb with a lovely courtyard and you would not know you were so close to the airport. The hosts were really welcoming and recommended a local pizza restaurant which was a few minutes walk from the hotel. We were also able to add breakfast in the morning, which had a great selection of items, including fresh cakes. The room was really comfortable and perfectly clean and had very quiet air conditioning. The apartments were very secure and there was key access to the courtyard and two locks for the room. I would highly recommend a stay here.

It is literally a few mins walk to the airport so ideal for early morning flights. There’s a bus stop directly outside to travel in to town and very helpful staff who can sell you a bus ticket / let you know where to get off etc. The room we had was lovely and big and cool. It had good air con and shower and room for us to try clothes - and generally chill after a weeks hols elsewhere. We called to ask if we could drop our luggage first thing and they let us in the room because it was clean - so helpful and really made a difference to our trip as travelling with 2 young children. There is lots of space around the B&B to hang out if you don’t want sit in your room - and cereal etc to grab yourself if you’re leaving before everyone is up. Would def recommend for red eye flights with a young family and return if we’re in the same situation again

A coffee machine - although not totally sure they don’t have one! I didn’t see one. Or a kettle etc in the room. Again, I might have missed. It didn’t affect our experience but just something that would have been nice

Hidden gen in Central Pisa, cute garden and lovely rooms, sympathetically designed and decorated to capture the tradition of the property. Very clean and comfortable room with good facilities and great bathroom. Just right for an overnight stay after a late arrival at Pisa airport. The owner was friendly and welcoming and showed us around despite the late hour. There was an honesty fridge/box with a price list in reception with bottled beer/wine, drinks, which was much welcomed. . Very rustic and charming property.

If you arrive late (as we did) parking is on the street. There was space but if there isn't you might have to park a walk away down the street. The breakfast was adequate, but not a lot of choice. No.tea/coffee in the room (but this not often provided in Italy anyway). .

A good welcome. It was raining when we arrived but our host kindly lent us an umbrella. Recommended a nearby Pizzeria, and the recommendation was well deserved. Breakfast in the morning was all that was needed, and despite struggling with English, the lady of the house happily helped us make the coffee machine work. Very well situated near to the airport.

To get into the city a ride on the underground/metro was necessary. We only needed a place to stay for one night, and the B and B did that, so we were satisfied with it.

The location is amazingly convenient, next to the airport, accessible on foot (500 m), yet the B&B feels authentic, quiet and friendly, and walkable distance to the center of Pisa too (~2 km - 3 km to the tower). They also accept luggage storage so we could leave our bike bags while we were cyclotouring. The rooms are big and comfortable, as is the bed. The breakfast room is very quirky and nice, a lovely artistic and fun atmosphere. Last but not least, Luca was really friendly and helpful (Thank you Luca!). We will definitely go back if we fly to Pisa again!

Location perfect for airport! Host even offered to drive us there himself. Easy and relaxed, quiet, comfortable bed, very clean, charming decor - particularly in the breakfast room. Good breakfast - cereals, juices, cold meats, cheese, bread, jams, tea or coffee, yoghurts…everything you needed. Quick 10 min walk takes you to a ‘centre’ where we found a lovely little ristorante and ate delicious pasta, salad and cheesecake for very good price. Highly recommend this place. Oh and nice garden with outside seating

Nothing, it worked for us perfectly

There was a really good selection of breakfast items and it was very nice to be able to make a drink or snack during the daytime too. The garden was a plus, so that we could sit outside if we wanted - we weren't confined to our room. I liked the quirky decor with many paintings on display (I am an artist too!) and a collection of model cars, bikes and other interesting retro paraphernalia. It felt very homely. The walk to the airport was short and very easy. There was also a bus stop right outside for trips into central Pisa.

I liked everything!
