We stayed here to have an easy walk to the airport mostly but we were pleasantly surprised how easy it was to get to Pisa, particularly by bus. The room itself was nice and clean, not luxurious but excellent value for money. The bathroom facilities were nice and clean and it was very quiet. The walk to the airport was ridiculously easy and it was a first for my partner and I to be able to walk to the airport.

Nothing springs to mind. It was a really nice, quiet, good value guesthouse that met our needs perfectly. If you want closer to the city centre or more luxury, this may not be for you however.

Thanks! We were a little apprehensive at first about the shared bathroom but it was extremely clean and accessible! It is evident that cleanliness is high priority as everything was spotless! ❤️ Coffee machine in the room was GREAT! We would also recommend the Pizzeria about a 15 minute walk called Pizzeria Fratelli D’Auria. Great staff and pizza with an outdoor setup. Thanks!

Superb room, with all the necessities in place. Michael, the host, was very welcoming and friendly, and gave us a bunch of information about the city, which came in handy. The caretaker was very helpful as well. The house is right on the street, with a bus stop right in front. The airport is actually a 15 minute walk away. We had a large bag, so Michael was kind enough to offer us a drop to the airport. All in all, a very pleasant experience - highly recommended.

Since the house is right by the street, there was some noise. Having an airport nearby doesn't help with the noise either. It wasn't a problem once we shut the glass windows, however. It's a minor drawback, as neither the airport nor the streets are busy when it's time to sleep.

Michael, the host, was super helpful right from the moment I booked all the way through my stay. He was happy to answer any sort of questions I had and he offered great tips about good places to eat in the neighborhood. Everything was well equipped and clean and it was nice and quiet. The location is really solid, right in between the airport and train station. Both take about a 10-15 minute walk. The bed itself was very spacious, clean and the sheets were good.

For me personally, the matrass was a bit stiff, but that's entirely a personal preference. I also would have preferred a water boiler over a microwave for boiling water to make tea. It's not something I was really used to.

I was happy with my stay for one night . The manager was very responsive and sent me clear instructions on how to get in the hotel and my room and also answered any queries I had . The place was also very clean and within easy walking distance for the airport and local train station .

I was happy but do agree with other feedback about the pre filled water as I never touched mine either as not sure how long it has been there . I think may be better leave empty bottle for guest to fill their own if needs be or supply small bottle of water in the room .

The room and the bed were so clean and comfortable. We found a coffee machine, coffee capsules, and mini fruit tarts during our stay(we booked two days, so there were two coffee capsules and two mini fruit tarts for each of us). We also found some useful things outside our room like a microwave, forks, spoons, plates, and two corkscrews. The shared bathroom was so clean, and we could easily find everything that we needed in the bathroom like hair shampoos, shower gel, toothpaste, cotton swabs, and makeup remover pads. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Everything was excellent. Very clean, comfy bed, quiet and great location. Short walk from airport using map. Supposed to be shared bathroom but we didn’t see anyone else use the facilities which were right outside our room.

We knew this was room only (there were packaged pastries and tea & coffee in the room though). We made a quick stop in Pisa before moving up the coast, late landing flight ruled out onward trains and this was an ideal solution. There is also a microwave for bring your own. Overall nothing to dislike for us.

Owner and employees were super helpful and warm. Rooms and shared bathrooms was super clean. There is a coffee machine in the room. They clean the rooms however you want. It was always clean. They think everything what we can possibly need (even mouth wash). You can walk every where! 10 min walk to airport (Its close to airport but plane sounds didint woke me up during the night. It’s not that busy airport) 8 min the train station, 10-12 min to bus station. There is public transport stop in front of the building. There is a cheap super market 3 min walking distance at the same time there is a local pizza shop near by with all of this there is a super warm and helpful owner. He helped us a lot. Thank you for everything.

Everything is amazing. By far this is the most affordable and clean BNB i have stayed in Italy. The owner was communicating very well and very efficient all through out and even before my arrival. My husband could not managed to join me on this trip and arriving around 11pm from the airport it was like 10mins walk to the apartment and it is safe ( was asking owner if its really safe and she said yes) and it is very safe indeed.

First of all I wanted to highlight the hospitality of the owner Michaele. We really felt at home and regretted staying here for just one night. The house is conveniently located, from the airport to the house can be reached on foot in 15 minutes, and the Train station can be reached in 15 minutes on foot. Comfortable bed and very quiet at night time. The host saw our two huge suitcases was so kind that he offered to take us to the Train station on the day of leaving. The house was clean and our room was clean. There was a capsule coffee machine, water and cookies in the room which was very lovely.The day before arrival we got very detailed instructions on how to find and get into the house. Since it was early we were offered to leave our things so we could go to have breakfast.
