The location was excellent. It was close to plenty of shops and restaurants. Not to mention, the breakfast remained fresh and hot throughout the entire morning. The best part of the stay was the staff, though. They were all extremely friendly and helpful!

The only "issue" I really had was how small the room was. I really did not mind it though, mainly because I only stayed for one night and even then, I was only in the room to sleep. I think adding streaming services to the TV's would be great so the guests can sign into their own accounts.

We liked everything about the hotel. There were many choices for breakfast. We especially liked the water and ice station to refill our travel cups. The desk clerk was very helpful when our confirmation number wouldn’t go through.

There was a problem with our booking through Booking.com. Our confirmation number wouldn’t go through so we had to wait about 30 minutes while the clerk was on the phone with them. This is the last thing you want after driving 8 hours!! We’ve never encountered a problem like this with Booking.com.

The bed was super comfortable. The staff was welcoming. There were coffee and snacks available The Croom was spacious and clean.

Daily housekeeping was not an option. There was a dirty diaper in the hall trash for 2 days that stank the whole floor including the room. There isn't a comfortable seating option in room...just a very horrible teenager size desk chair. The window shade would open in my room.

Everything was beautiful - very colorful

Concerning the bill- different total. Couldn’t receive a paper bill stated cause Booking would give. I am confuse about Booking Hotel has always give a paper bill. I don’t have a receipt for my stay with my family.

Very easy to get to and a great location! Gretchen was who checked us in on arrival and was there at check out and she was absolutely great and so nice!! Will definitely return!

The only complaint was no parking in the lot available when we returned last night.

Breakfast was super for being in the US. Staff was nice, fast and efficient. Room was nice with large TV. Easy to park. Nice location for our purpose.

Cleaning only every 2nd day. Is this the new ? Price was a bit high for this location (far from St Louis city).

Honestly everything! The location, the shops around, the cleanliness, the options for snacks/drinks in the lobby, games for kids in the lobby, very up to date as far as decor, etc. Rooms were very clean, I loved how body wash, shampoo, etc was provided in the big bottles instead of the little travel bottles. Overall 10/10

Clean and Modern. Love the Shampoo and Hand wash bottles in the bathrooms. Beds were soft not hard as a rock like most hotels. Location was great , with the shopping area and fantastic restaurants!

The Hallways were sweltering Hot. No air conditioning!

Booking .com messed up rooms. Had no reservations when I called early in the week. Made my own reservations. Several people had no rooms. Overbooked because of third source failure

The location was excellent. We were down for an event at the Convention Center. The staff was very welcoming. The aesthetic of the hotel was great. Breakfast options were plenty and gave options for everyone.

Could hear the people above us walking. I could also hear the room next to us when they were in the bathroom. The walkway between the beds and the table was a little narrow with multiple people in the room.
