1. Cleanliness: spotless. Very good housekeeping. 2. Comfort: very comfortable: bed, shower, bathroom 3. Efficient and very polite reception desk staff. 4. We would come back again.

1. A bit tight room space for a 8 days stay. 2. Location for touristic purposes: 10-15 minutes to the nearest metro station. Very few restauration options near the hotel. 3. We didn't try breakfast. Pictures and information about it were not very appealing. 4. Desk staff help for foreigners touristic needs remains to the basics.

The breakfast was very filling even though it wasnt a big buffet. The room cleaning was very nice, the kind cleaning lady gave me extra water when she saw me refilling my bottles :) I know korean so the language wasn't an issue for me but the reception knew very good english! They let me order a package to the hotel too (you just put your room number in addition to the hotel address). The reception was very helpful with the questions I had.

Since the weather was very hot I had to walk to the metro stations and that was kinda tiring. But there are few bus stops which was very convenient.

Great location with comfortabel bed. The entire team of Nine Tree Dongdaemun is very accommodating and are always ready to help. Subway and (airport) busstop are closeby so it's easy to get around with public transport. They even provide a free transfer from airport to hotel, which was perfect after a 12 hour flight. In need of water? There's a water purifier on every floor and in the lobby. Convenience store is next to the hotel or across the street for easy access to food or snacks. We enjoyed our stay a lot!

The hotel is conveniently located near the Airport Limousine bus stop and the subway station. Taxis are also easy to catch outside. Our room was extremely comfortable. The bed was moderately firm, and there is a pillow menu. Our room was cleaned every day. There is a communal space on the third floor where reception is if you need hot water, the laundromat or luggage storage. We found walking to the Gwangjang market, the Cheonggyecheon Stream and the Myeongdong area easy enough (about 1.5km - 2km away). There is a great coffee spot at 157 Eulji-ro called Champ Coffee, and some restaurants around it. The DDP is close and there's a good Korean BBQ restaurant there too. The area is nice and quiet at night. There are plenty of 7 Elevens, GM25s and CU markets around where you can buy food, drinks and T-Money cards. Overall this hotel is very comfortable and I'd highly recommend it for a stay in Seoul.

It's a fairly reasonably located hotel with good access by public transport (a few bus stops around, 5-7 minutes walk to the closest metro station with 2 separate lines). Rooms weren't the biggest but it's pretty much a standard in Seoul. Staff were super nice & helpful when one of our room cards stopped working.

Location of the hotel could be better, there weren't many interesting restaurants around and the whole area is rather quiet (for better and worse, of course). We didn't like the glass doors to the shower and bathroom. We would much rather prefer having regular doors for extra privacy. Also, one of our rooms had some leftover cans underneath the bed. That suggests the rooms aren't thoroughly cleaned between guests.

- Staffs can fluently speak English and were very helpful with our Qcode related problems. - The Room had a nice view of Namsan Tower. - The Room was a bit tight but is clean and has all we needed.

- The location although it was near the subways, there is not much going on during the day time or night time. No shops, restaurants, anything, only a couple of Convenience stores. - You have to walk to DDP to get to the subway line that can connect to most popular places (Eg. Hongdae, Gangnam, etc)

The staff were very helpful. The location was very convenient.

The room was smaller than expected from photos.

The location is near 3 train stations (walking within 10 mins): Euljiro 4-ga, Jongno 5-ga, Dongdaemun History & Culture Park (DHCP). Many choices for different line transfer. Underpass to Euljiro 4 and DHCP station too. Airport bus stop (bus 6001, 17000won) just 1 min from hotel entrance. Enquire the bus schedule from the friendly hotel reception. Room is clean, shower water temperature is constant, fast Wi-Fi. Hot/cold water machine at each level for water refill or for cooking your cup noodles.

The room is small but kind of expected and as seen in the room photos.

It’s very Clean & convenient. Cafe 82+ is just next to hotel , I had my breakfast here everyday. Serve nice coffee. Staff were helpful & friendly.

Building is facing the main road which got very view but can be noisy if Windows are opened. I changed rooms to inside facing after 2 nites . Stay for 6 nights .
