This is a great b&b, with really lovely hosts. It has plenty of off road parking and is just a few minutes walk from Lymington High Street. Our room was extremely comfortable and a very good size, with a big wet room style bathroom. Breakfast was exceptional. We would definitely stay again.

We loved everything about the property. Beautiful room, ample parking, huge breakfast freshly cooked by the owners. Fraser and Maria and family were the perfect hosts. They really could not do enough for us to make our stay comfortable. Their knowledge of local cuisine/eateries was superb and welcome book very informative. The property was immaculately clean, spacious, airy with beautiful wet room facilities, large comfortable bed which was freshly made daily. Location was within walking distance to Lymington High Street yet in a quiet road so was peaceful. Everything about this house oozes QUALITY.

Immaculate appearance, overall excellent. Located just off the main road, convenient parking. Walking distance to town amenities, Waitrose, tourist information. I took my son to the Lymington Sea baths, lovely day in the warm weather. Room very spacious, comfortable, clean. Welcome pack for WiFi and local places to eat. Tea tray included Ferraro chocolate, hot chocolate, tea selection. Freshly replenished each day. Breakfast fresh and plentiful including fresh fruit.

Our breakfast was delicious with lots of choice as to what to have. The staff were so welcoming and helpful. Our room was very spacious and despite being by the front door very quiet. Great location - and there is an EV charger!

The only thing that I didn't particularly like - and this is very personal - was that there were lots of sachets for everything from shampoo to ketchup! Environmentally not great but totally understand that it must make life so much easier and would probably lead to less food waste.

We stayed here for our anniversary and Fraser & Maria made us feel very welcome. They gave us a bottle of bubbles to congratulate us and our room was lovely. Spacious with all you could need - two chairs, dressing table, wardrobe, large double bed … with a lovely shower in the en suite. There was also parking on site and it was very close to the town centre so a really good location. Breakfast was served 8-10 and was delicious. Plenty of options including a cooked breakfast which was too good to decline! Thank you for a lovely stay - no complaints at all!

Highfield B&B exceeded my expectations. I had a fantasic stay. Fraser and Maria are amazing hosts, extremely friendly and accommodating. They were very flexible with a request for an early breakfast due to a sport's event we attended, we couldn't have asked for better hosts. The breakfast was delicious and plenty of choice for people with dietary requirements incl gluten free, vegan and diary free milk. The place was very clean, modern and kept to a high standard. There was a generous amount of tea/coffee/hot chocolate supplies in the room, kettle, TV, necessary toiletries and clean towels every day, access to a hair drier, iron, even cooling fan in the room. Beds are very comfy. There is a free secure parking outside the property and the location is perfect, very close to the town centre and near the shops. Would highly recommend to anyone staying in Lymington.

This was the perfect stay from start to finish! Warm welcome from Fraser when we arrived, our room was just amazing-we have stayed in lots and lots of B&B's and this was the best by a very long way-better then many hotels that charge much more too! Nothing was too much trouble, Fraser asked if we had any dietary requirements for breakfast- I asked if skinny milk was available-he said that he would get some for me-usually the response is 'no we only have semi-skimmed' The whole place is immaculately clean, the rooms are finished to a very high standard and literally everything you could possibly need is provided.

Leaving after two nights-wish we could have stayed longer!!

Fraser and Maria Godfrey were the bomb! They were everything you would wish for in hosting their guests. We arrived early and interrupted some housekeeping tasks, but Fraser was extremely welcoming and ushered us in from the whipping rain and wind. Our rooms were as requested, the layout was great and we were very happy to have been on the ground floor. Beautiful tasteful decor throughout, with an individual touch to each bedroom. The beds were sumptuous and comfortable with fabulous pillows. The breakfast was just phenomenal it really did set you up for the day - a choice of a full or half English breakfast, fruit, yoghurts, juices, toast, tea and coffee. Just FANTASTIC.

Beautiful building with traditional features and in an ideal location- easy walk to Lymington high street. The whole place was clean and welcoming. The room was immaculate, with a modern clean bathroom, and even a dressing room. The bed was so comfortable with the softest sheets. Tea and coffee was provided with fresh milk and the hosts were so attentive. Breakfast was delicious. So so impressed and would love to come back.
