Really liked the location and cleanliness. Loved the availability of shelves in the bathroom, TV area, and nightstands. Kitchenette came with some dishes and I found it thoughtful to have a big cabinet of appliances, games, movies, etc. to borrow. I didn’t think about parking, but they gave a free parking pass. The hotel was in a nice location that was a 5 min walk from ISU and a nice cafe/eats.

Not an even number of utensils in the kitchenette - I had 2 spoons and a fork. If you get a room in the center of the building, your view is another room’s window as the building is shaped like a boxy O or 8 maybe.

The location was close to places to eat and to where we were going. The location was also close to the highway.

Each night, the local college students went down the street in front of the hotel very loudly. I don't know if that is a tradition, but it happened each night. Just saying. I know that is not something the hotel can control.

Loved the size and layout of the queen suite. It's beautiful! High ceilings -wow! The kitchen was well stocked and would be great for a long term stay. Plenty of storage and the staff was awesome. Probably will stay there for all future reunions. The bed, temperature of the room and blackout curtains made for great sleeping.

Maybe plug access on the other side of the queen bed. But we worked it out. I just needed to bring the 6 foot cord.

This hotel is always clean each time I stay. The bedding smells fresh and the bed is comfortable.

There was a loud hum from the bathroom as if the ventilation fan was constantly running. The room was quiet if I closed the bathroom door.

Overall the location is great near many things including food, entertainment, campus, and convention center. The room had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The property felt safe and secured.

There was a bit of noise that carried through from the streets below and the tub was clean but seemed a little dingy. I've stayed here before with more economical rates, but this time the rate per night was much higher.

The Hotel was right next to the campus and plenty of cafés and bars, anything we needed was a short drive. Our room was like a one bedroom apartment and came with everything a house would, even metal utensils and stainless steel pots and pans!

In the downtown area. They had parking! I was worried since location is inside the city/downtown. Easy drive to Saint Mary of The Woods College, about 10-12 minute drive.

The only thing I didn’t like was that the AC in my room wasn’t cooling enough.

This was probably the cleanest hotel I have stayed at. Every staff member I came in to contact with was very friendly. The night desk clerk Derek was extremely friendly and helpful.

Not having a breakfast was inconvenient.

Friendly, professional staff, clean rooms, full-sized refrigerator with freezer, no terrible “air fresheners” or strong scents used

Hard to think of any negatives…. Maybe that the parking lot jammed up quickly in evenings- hard to find a spot

When we checked in the front desk person was very welcoming. Parking was right behind the hotel. The hotel is close to a handful of good restaurants.

No breakfast. Thankfully, there’s coffee shop across the street for the hotel.
