Loved the cleanliness. Definitely better than your quality in hotel. Would stay here again

A lot of these old hotels are being renovated now and they often look nice in the pictures but when you get there, besides new carpet and some new sheets, there's a lot of grime and dirty walls and old bathroom fixtures. This renovation felt like every surface had been considered and redone and it was just beautiful and clean. The center Atrium was the kind of place that you just wanted to hang out in for a while. It was a shame I was at a conference so much of the time because I would have liked to be there more. Also loved that I could have my dogs and that right out the back door I was 20 ft from a walking path that went for miles along the river. Three of the four staff were very friendly. I also really appreciated a filtered bottle refilling station. I often worry about the drinkability of the water in some of these old hotels.

the carpet and the dog friendly room was rather stained and didn't look like it had been renewed but I'd rather have that be the case and still be allowed to have my dogs then have nice carpet and not be allowed to bring my dogs. just plan on wearing flip-flops or slippers around your room. the bed was comfy although the pillows were not the best for me. the bathroom was very tiny and it was a bit awkward to move around in there trying to change but there was at least a separate area outside the toilet area with a vanity.

Clean hotel room and very helpful staff. Nicole was a wonderful front desk person, she had excellent customer service skills. Ladies from laundry room very helpful too. Plz. give staff kudos on their customer service skills. I SINCERLY RECOGNIZE them for providing your company in a positive manner and all staff were very helpful and ready to assist in any way they could.

The Roku cable TV I had issues with, even after the tech staff putting new batteries in the remote control, it was a bit annoying. But we got thru it. It was a bump in the road, but we got thru it! It did not disrupt my stay.

What an amazing hotel, I honestly did not expect half of what my stay was, I was searching for a decent priced hotel that was clean and comfortable and I got so much more! Hot tub was amazing after my long drive and the pool was the perfect temperature, I hate cold pools. Beautiful bar and lounge, nice 24 hour fitness center. The staff was great, very welcoming and quick to accommodate every and any need, you could tell they really enjoyed their jobs. They are obviously renovating still so I am excited to see what other changes they make, I have definitely found my new hotel stay while visiting Casper.

I didn’t love the construction on the interstate in front of hotel but once I checked in I forgot all about it, I couldn’t hear any noise from it.

This is easily one of the best hotels we've stayed at. The atrium is lovely and the breakfast had lots of options. The staff are very friendly and after a technical issue they refunded our whole stay. I couldn't recommend this place enough!

The double rooms only have showers, which is a bit of a challenge with young children. The water also is only a tiny bit warmer than lukewarm, so showers aren't very pleasant which is a shame because the showers are very large

Right when I got there, the woman at the front desk named Connie, was very helpful and went above and beyond in helping me with everything. She was very knowledgeable when I asked her any questions I had about the area, the recent remodel and even restaurant/bar. The level of customer service was phenomenal and she really makes customers feel welcomed.

Everything was above expectations, there was nothing I didn’t like.

Our entire stay was great. The room was pretty spacious for our needs. The fact that we could have our two dogs with us was awesome. A heated pool and hot tub right out from our room was a great plus. and free breakfast every morning was also pleasant addition!

It was hard to come up with anything that I didn't really like. It was a little difficult to get the TV in the room connected to the Wi-Fi but other than that everything was great.

I loved the size of the entire resort being all on the first floor. The gathering rooms are beautiful!

The coffee areas ran out of lids. Vending machines did not work or were not stocked with Diet Coke or Pepsi. The heating/cooling unit in room is outdated and inefficient. The hotel rooms and hallways need updating. There were no comforters on the beds. The curtains had holes in them.

The staff was wonderful. They went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect. From providing bandaids to helping us load up. Couldn’t ask for better. They are new owners who are working hard to improve their inn. There were a couple of small glitches that help arrived to fix with in minutes. We were very impressed.

Staff was so nice & helpful, very accommodating. Everything was immaculate. Lovely property with the new remodeling. Quiet facility.

The only thing I'd suggest is to change out fruit on the breakfast bar. I was there 4 days & until day 4 the bananas were overly ripe. Day 4 there were fresh bananas but added in with the old ones.
