The location is convenient if needing to be on the west side of Casper, though a drive to the east side is very quick. The complementary breakfast was nice, though not all offered was freshly made. Its a quiet hotel, but there is a little background noise from the highway nearby. The pool should be great for children, as it is shallow and has some features for them. There is also a Jacuzzi for the adults. Parking was not a problem and is free. The room seemed clean enough with plenty of towels, and a towel elephant greeted me from one of the beds. The room was near the elevators, and I did NOT hear them. The hotel can accommodate a small convention, and there are some rooms on the 1st floor that overlook the promenade. There is a "business" room with free-use computers, I believe a printer, and its own restroom. There is also a Salon on the premises. There is a restaurant aside the breakfast room.

There was a bulletin board that identified local events, however someone took upon themselves to express their 1st amendment right to post a leftist political cartoon. I felt there needed to be more floodlights on the parking lot. The ice machine did have a water leak.

I really liked the atmosphere. The room was spacious and the beds are comfortable. The pool is more like a wading pool. Not so much for the adults but my granddaughter loved it. The hot tub felt so good after an 8 hr drive. The restaurant wasn't open but they serve food in the lounge which was delish!

The only thing that bothered me was that Housekeeping knocked on the door early the next morning to check if we had checked out yet. Kind of irritated me and made me feel rushed. When I was in college I worked as a housekeeper and we would get a list every morning of who had checked out and who hadn't. You would think they would know who is still there or not.

Breakfast was good. The pool was excellent. Watching my daughter Swim with her cousins while they played on the alligator was such a great time!! The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

It would have been nice to have more children's channels on the television. Checking in took longer than I would have liked. Staff was friendly though. Extra blankets available in the room would be nice, but I called downstairs and they happily and quickly accommodated me.

Never heard of this chain, but rates were reasonable on booking.com When you walk in, it was warm and inviting. Really cool tile in entranceway. Spacious, plenty of area to hang out in. The staff was super friendly, and easy check-in. Walking through the halls had a light, clean smell. Our room was spacious, clean. The elephant towel on bed was a nice touch. Huge breakfast area, and always plenty of food! They had real plates. Loved the western motif throughout.

Our stay was great! The staff is very friendly. Great complementary breakfast! Price is so-so, for two people $167.00 was a little high but I would definitely stay again and use the pool and hot tub next time!

When we went to our room there was someone already in and got mad at us for trying to get in the room. We had to go back to the front desk and get another room. Other than that it was a great stay!

Quick checkout. Staff, elevators, no noise even though we had a room right by the ice machine. 206. Bed was comfortable but for me the pillows were too fat/fluffy. I slept ok. I'm an old 72 year old fart.

I wish that there was no pepper on the eggs and y'all had pancakes instead of biscuits but I survived. I picked around the pepper and drank coffee.

The overall location and facilities insude are a plus. The dinig has good choices/pricing and friendly staff. Rooms are always clean and have nice updates and are quiet.

In the AM, it would be good to know where to place our used trays...the guests I was having breakfast with were confused as to where to place stuff when we were finished.

The property itself was very nice. Big open area, close to places to eat, but we also had dinner in their restaurant. The dinner was okay but nothing special. The rolls on the soup and salad bar were cold and hard. Breakfast was in the restaurant in the morning and that was a disappointment. They could have done and offered so much more in the space they had available. It was just an average coffee, muffins type of option. A very "average" experience.

Even though they seemed to be a bit understaffed, they still quickly got me checked in. The kids liked the shallow pool and it's conveniently right off the interstate if you're just needing to stop for the night. They forgot to put a packnplay in our room so I told the front desk and then went to eat. By the time I got back it was in the room.

The view wasn't great but I didn't get the room for a view so it didn't bother us.

The wait staff in the bar was AMAZING, Lindsey did a great job :) She was friendly and remembered me as well as my preference when ordering.

I felt that the corners and deeper cleaning could have been done better in the rooms. I found multiple hairs in my room that were not mine as well as a great deal of dust/dirt in the corners of every room. The elevator made me feel like I could catch a common bug just touching the floor buttons and walls.
