I don't usually write reviews, but this just had to be done. The stay was super pleasant and exceeded my expectations. The staff was super nice and so kind that I even got some perks without being charged extra. The Spa and the swimming pool were undergoing maintenance and couldn't use them but I was informed in advance and knew about that anyways, so all good :) My room was very clean and they had the air conditioner running prior to my arrival (as outside temps were nearly 40 degrees Celsius and I was melting) therefore I went straight to a cool room which was fantastic. The location is decent, there are a couple markets nearby and some restaurants/cafés. The food in the hotel's restaurant was very good though and I can only suggest you to try it out. So yeah, all in all a very pleasant stay and for this price the quality was fantastic. Thanks to all the staff that took care! :)

Not something too bad per say, but the size of the single room could have been a bit larger. On the other hand however, the bathroom was pretty big (nearly as large as the room itself) so that compensates I guess. :)

The room was specious and there was space enough. Bed was comfortable. We didn't had breakfast or use the spa. Location is easy to reach from the motorway, which was suitable for us.

There were not enough hangers. The wardrobe was small and not enough space if you need to have 2 coats, 2 shirts and 2 pants hanging separately. :) Since we were wearing only shirts it would have been good if there were more hangers.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, comfy beds, the pillows for me little to hard and thick, good restaurant down. Hotel is pet friendly, lots of place to walk your dog.

The air-condition didn't work, instead of cooling it was heating like in hell so we had to turn it off completely, we had to keep our window fully open and doors to get fresh air in the room, and even that didn't helped a lot. Ive no idea from where the heating was coming, we put the heater in bathroom also off. the window opens in a dangerous way. its possible to fall out by bending over or our dog could jump out. By open windows if you have a room on the street side its hard to sleep because of the noises Hotel is pet friendly but the restaurant not, I was immediately asked to leave even I entered just to give to key to my husband which was sitting on the table. Besides that no other problems.

For breakfast, make sure you try the ajvar. Really good one. The restaurant is also a nice one.

you have to walk and climb stairs from parking to reception, not the best in case you have some luggage.

The hotel is fabulous and extra clean, with very good soundproofing. The staff who works there are always smiling and always ready to help you, and room service is fast and with a great selection of food. Parking spots are always available.

There are no blackout curtains in the rooms

After we paid, we received a message from the hotel saying that the SPA is closed, in the meantime they have a no cancel policy.

Really nice hotel with warm welcoming from the employees. The breakfast was nice! We were satisfied from almost everything! We will come back again!

Hotel is amazing! I feel very comfortable and safe. I travel with my son and it’s always a pleasure staying at Hotel Russia.

One thing I was not to happy about was Breakfast, it ends at 10 but the food really is gone at 9:15 and past breakfast time they do not make you breakfast food even if you order it after. Other than that it’s a 9 out of 10 for me ❤️
