The staff was very friendly and willing to help. Especially Sam, Anna Marie and Olga in the kitchen. The hotel was small but clean and comfortable. It was located in a nice area, walking distance from subways, stores, and many restaurants.

The show in my room was not comfortable. It was inside the room and was not covered enough. The water was splashing all over on the floor in the sink area. There were no shelves inside the shower to hold on to, put shampoos and other washing supplies. The hotel is small with narrow stairs. Not convenient for walking. It was very loud in the morning when families arrived with kids who were yelling and screaming on stairs. The staff needs to set some rules. The breakfast was the same every day and offered a lot of sweet baked food but not enough fruits and vegetables. They need to think about a more healthy menu.

Loved the location. Walkable to the Louvres Museum and many attractions such as Notre Dame. Lots of restaurants options. Love the size of the room. We had the largest room and for Paris and the price paid, its unbeatable. Subway is very close to the hotel was very convenient. they had macaroons ready for us on arrival.

If I must be picky the only thing someone may complaint about but it didnt bother us at all, is the elevator is tiny and fits person with 1 luggage. We were on the first floor so we carried our luggage. If you travel light that's a non issue. It's also a small hotel with only 30 rooms so it's really not an issue just want to point out to you in case you are travelling heavy. I am sure the staff would help with luggage if that was the case.

The room was spacious and very well decorated. The bed comfortable. The bathroom is well equipped with good products. The staff is very friendly and they are always willing to help. The area is very well connected by bus and metro and you can access all places of interest without difficulty.

The breakfast was poor and not varied, in the ten days there was no change: the same cheese, the same cold cuts, the same eggs, etc. The internet code is for a limited time and you have to request a code again and enter again. The elevator is super small and only 3 skinny people can enter without any luggage, with luggage only one person can go up. Limited willingness to comply with customer requests: we asked for a room on the first floor and received on the sixth.

The hotel was very quaint, beautifully presented and very clean. The room was small but very well decorated and very clean, it contained almost everything that we needed. The tea and coffee that they provide are for a coffee machine, we took our own tea so couldn’t use this but they were more than happy to provide a kettle for us to use for our stay. The air conditioning was amazing after a very hot day exploring the sites. The location is perfect for exploring Paris, only about a 5 minute walk to Notra Dame and the train stations are also very close by. There are also lots of lovely traditional French restaurants within a couple of minutes walking distance.

Hotel is in a nice location, although you do need a metro or taxi to get to the main attractions/city center. The entrance is so small you can barely see it from the street. The staff were super nice and helpful. Breakfast was so good we had no objections. Fresh croisssants, cheeses, yoghurts, perfect coffee and there is a cute SMEG fridge from which you can take what you want.

Walls were so thin, we were awakened a few times by the noise from other guests or even an alarm clock from another room! Wi fi was so slow we could not use it. Bed was not that comfortable and furniture had stains. Since the chair was light yellow and bed cover as well, those stains really did not look nice. Small selection of amenities - only shampoo and shower gel, no conditioner and no body milk. There was a window in the middle of the shower (although it did have a cover that you can use).

Perfect location to reach any object of interest. Located close to metro and RER line to get to the airport. There are ample opportunities to find a suitable place to eat nearby. The LUX room is very spacious and comfortable. Although this was one of the criteria for choosing this hotel. Everything is very well thought out and tasteful. Cleanliness in the room is perfect. A pleasant present from the administration - macaroni.

Since I had read the reviews, I knew that there might be water leaks in the shower and there was a lack of a shelf to put the bathroom accessories on. But one room had this problem on the first night. Number two was great.

Sammy at FOH was friendly & helpful when we called a few minutes from the hotel and in need of parking. He greeted us at LLB with a warm welcome and throughout our stay was always willing to offer advice on touring Paris in order to get the most out of our stay. Thank you Sammy! Our room was spacious and the complimentary treats were a nice touch. The room had everything we needed. The location of the hotel is away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to major attractions and transport options.

rooms were beautifully decorated with lovely little touches (macarons, nice toiletries). towels and bedding were lovely quality. between 15:00-18:00 they offered free snacks and drinks to guests which was a lovely little touch. staff were incredibly polite and helpful!

we had two interconnecting rooms which meant we had 2 toilets and 2 showers. neither showers were private, with plain glass doors straight into the main bedroom! as a group of single women we had to all wait in one room and take turns using the shower in the other room just to get some privacy.

Used Le Lapin Blanc in its excellent Left Bank position as a base to explore Paris. Lots of cafés and bistros around to eat at, good Metro links, Luxembourg Gardens a stroll away. Very helpful friendly staff, rooms clean and refreshed daily. There is a range of room sizes in what is basically a converted Paris terrace house on 8 floors! Our rooms were very quiet and noise free.

Each night there will be at least one police siren go past in the early hours! But hey, this is Paris and what they do!

The bed was exceptionally comfortable! I slept very well with the darkening curtains and nice pillows. The water pressure in the shower was very strong and the water nice and hot. I enjoyed the colour scheme and decor very much. The staff was always very friendly and attentive. It is really convenient to the metro, the RER, buses, and lots of excellent restaurants. It is really close to La Sorbonne and the Pantheon is just a few blocks away.

My only concern was the mid-century modern desk, with its leg that sticks out close to the doorway. I stubbed and, in fact, broke my toe on it. Thankfully, I was able to get ice cubes delivered to my room.
