The hotel team is very friendly . Rooms were clean, and the clining service was regular. I would especially like to thank guest manager Tram she was very helpful and supportive during our stay to make our time in Nha Trang more fun.

Internet at the hotel is a problem it on and of every 5 min Even when asked IT person to check, he tried to convince me that it is alright, while it not.

Room was ok, with partial view of the sea, comfortable bed and the fruit basket was a nice touch. The pool was nice and had a nice view. Staff was welcoming and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a lot of good options.

No upgrade received, not even mentioned when we arrived at the reception. The location is a bit far from the center and from restaurants (it depends what you want). The beach is not next to the hotel and they provide free transportation but this is not very clear on how it works (especially when you want to return). The jacuzzi was the most disappointing part - it is not actually a jacuzzi, just a very hot bath, no bubbles.

We stayed at Boton Blue as a last minute change to our travel plans. We picked the hotel based on its location north of the city centre (away from the city hustle) and the infinity pool looked awesome plus other reviews were good! We were not disappointed... the pool is spectacular overlooking the bay. The buffet breakfast is up there with the best of them. The thing to note is the customer service - it is outstanding. We have not experienced great customer service at other venues throughout Vietnam so this was so refreshing and welcoming. Our room was fab - clean, spacious, big comfy bed, big waterfall showerhead and a balcony with partial sea view. We booked 1 night and stayed 2 nights. The ocean outfront is kind of ok for swimming, keeping in mind, the Vietnam coast is dominated by fishermen. We had room service one night which was delicious. There are awesome places to eat outside too. Thanks to the management and staff for a great stay (in a rather hectic place) ❤️

This is a nice hotel, quite modern, and the staff is very nice and friendly and helpful. The room was very nice, it was big and with big wall windows overlooking the sea which was very nice. The breakfast is really good with planty of choises for everyone. It even has fresh fruits. The pool is very nice, but it is not a huge one. The rooftop bar is a nice place to have a drink. Overall it is a good value for money and a nice place to stay.

The windows/doors of the room are not very good in isolation and you can hear the outside noise. That can be nice at the beginning, to hear the waves, but at some point if you need it to be quite you can't stop the noise. Sometimes you can hear the muzic from the rooftop bar, even if we were at the 19th floor and the bar is at 26.

We had a good time at the hotel! Especially because of the warm welcome of the kind receptionist Sarah (Loan), thanks to her and the great service she provided to us! And also the daily dinner in the Guangdong Restaurant was very good. Linh and An were very attentive and took great care of us. Thank you! We liked the free beach buggy service and the a big plus point is the room upgrade we received! We were very happy about that. The view is AMAZING!

The breakfast and dinner room were often hot and the air was stuffy. Also the same with the hallways to the rooms. At these times it didn't feel like 5 stars.

From the first step in hotel you can feel friendly atmosphere from stuff. They smile to every guest and trying to explain all in details. We stayed here from June to July and it was very great experience. At the hotel very beautiful and for us one of the best infinity swimming pool here, if you tired from sun you can go to sauna or spa that is really amazing here! The pool bar has a big choice of different mocktails and coctails. Spa has very good specialists in it, various kinds of massages that for us also is best here. We liked our room with beautiful sea view. Every day cleaners cleaned our room so good. I liked our pillows and mattresses, we slept very well all days. I want also say big thanks for Front Manager of hotel for her approach and attention to us, also specially thanks a lot for nice and cute person Kate, she was so kind and helpful and always trying to solve any of our favours. And it is not even to our family, for every guest here. This vacation in Vietnam was great as we stay here in Boton blu, and your hospitality in hotel was a good experience that we would like of course repeat again soon.

May be they need a bit more various options for breakfast.

Fabulous Hotel in Nha Trang, hotel is a true gem in Nha Trang. I have travelled over 10 years for business and vacations in Asia, and BOTON Blue is among the best I have stayed at. Staff is very kind, answer to questions and requests promptly and very attentive to customers needs. Rooms are very well designed, spacious and comfortable beds. Infinity pool area, breakfast rooms, all are of high level. Breakfast is excellent and Hotels restaurant services of high quality. Quiet street for walks on the beach side, and nice small alleys to visit local cafeterias on the back side of the Hotel. Nice views to both Nha Trang Bay and nearby mountains make the scenes breathtaking.

We had a fantastic stay at Boton. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with friendly staff that were very accommodating and helpful, especially Sarah. The room was even better than expected, the infinity pool was spectacular and we thoroughly enjoyed our massages at the spa. The breakfast buffet was delicious and has a variety of options to choose from that changed daily. Although there was no beach directly in front of the hotel due to high tides in the morning, the shuttle service to a beach two minutes away was perfect. Beach lounge chairs, towels and umbrellas were provided at this beach. The front desk helped us book a motorbike to rent, transportation to the airport and accommodated our request for a late check out. Boton was situated in a quieter area. We appreciated being further away from the busyness of the main town, but recommend driving over to check it out.

Everything about this property was amazing. Firstly we were given an upgrade which gave us the most stunning view of the bay in all its beauty. The kindness, helpfulness and concern of the staff is unmatched. Breakfast was superb, even tho we are vegetarians, plenty of dishes, staff went out of their way, even made us a plate of vegetarian sushi for breakfast, wonderful tasty capers and kimchi which we have not had for breakfast in years. The property is right on the bay foreshore, so special being able to walk along the promenade. The main pool area where the sauna and steamroom is located, with hot & cold pools is very much worth the visit.
