Very clean, in reality rooms are much better than in the photos, views are amazing even from non lake view rooms, also you can see the lake from spacious balcony. Nice breakfast & friendly staff.

In 1 unit room - double bed, there are two separate beds put together and the matrasses are not joint and keep moving at night making a hole in the middle of bed. We only stayed one night so did not complain. Otherwise everything was great

Friendly staff. Very cute and cozy hotel with great breakfast. We had a room with a small balcony and lake view, love it.

WiFi is pretty bad in my room. The floor is squeaky. But none bothered us too much

The family that owned the hotel were very friendly and accomodating . The hotel is located at the corner of the two main streets in town. There was no A/C so it meant leaving the windows open. The rode noisy was very loud until midnight and started up again a 6 am in the morning.. The walk to the Historic district is a good distance but mostly down hill. Very fortunately there is a shuttle train ride from the boat dock to a stop at the hotel. The trip back is up hill!!!!, The daily breakfast was great. Parking is behind the hotel and was quite handy and secure. The road out to Bellagio on both sides of the peninsula is a driving challenge. The road is very windy and about 1 1/2 lanes wide with two way traffic including buses and trucks,

Excellent quality for the price. The room was spacious and super clean, it had all the necessary facilities (little fridge included). The staff was helpful and friendly (<3 for the dog in the reception). Parking is available and belongs to the hotel. Overall, it is an excellent place to stay if you don't mind walking a bit.

It's an information for potential guests, not a complaint: the hotel is located 15-20 min walk from the center of Belaggio, and not everywhere comfortable pavements are available. Visitors should keep that in mind.

The hotel was reachable in 15 minutes from the town centre. The room was immaculate, spotlessly clean, with a TV, fridge, safe, heated towel rail, and a juliet balcony with an amazing view of mountains in the distance and lake Como to the left . There were plenty of lighting options, - a small lamp, spotlights either side of the headboard, and a hall light, besides the main light. The staff were very pleasant and helpful with requests about where to catch the buses to Como St Giovanni and Lecco ( both adjacent). There was a big friendly dog too that liked playing ball! Lastly, I greatly appreciated the free breakfast.

This is a common complaint of mine, but the lack of plant milk impaired my enjoyment of breakfast. My only other complaint is that I could hear the couple next door talking, so the rooms could be better soundproofed. Maybe another thing, which was common to all the places I stayed in Italy, and certainly not unique to this hotel, was having to pay the tourist tax separately.

The property was lovely. The room was clean spacious. The staff was very friendly in fact when we had too much luggage and the town was packed, they found someone to take our luggage and our group to the hotel. It’s quite a steep hill to reach the hotel. if you have very little luggage, you might be able to take that walk but we had a lot of luggage so it didn’t work for us. we learned that Bellagio does not have a taxi service so you do need to pre-schedule your pick ups and drop offs when you plan your trip there

No issues with the property. It was directly behind the main part of the city, but again we had a lot of luggage so it was difficult to get there, but when we called the hotel they stepped up and came and helped us.

The breakfast room was large and super cute! There was a wide variety of cold breakfast selections.

The hotel is not walkable from the center of town. The road is small, dark, curvy, no shoulder to walk on so dangerous and over a mile from town. We rode a bus into town but found out the hard way there was no bus running after 8 PM (we were at the bus stop about 8:30). Also no taxi’s in town to take us back to the hotel. We talked a driver waiting for his group to finish dinner to take us to the hotel. The hotel staff took us to the ferry for a price when we lef.

The property was in a perfect location, 15 minute walk from the main town and with lots going on around it. Restaurants, supermarket, pool all in walking distance. The staff were so friendly and welcoming. We had interconnecting rooms which were perfect for a family of 4 with 2 children. This meant we had 2 balconies, 2 bathrooms and plenty of space. The hotel has a lovely dog who both my children looked forward to seeing each time we returned/left the hotel. Wonderful breakfast each morning with plenty to choose from. We had a fantastic stay here.

I spent one night with my family at Hotel Fioroni and it was very nice. The rooms are spacious, clean, and well-equipped. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere that made us feel comfortable. The location is great, close to the center but in a quiet area. The staff was very friendly and helpful, always available to provide us with the necessary information. I definitely recommend Hotel Fioroni to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay. We will definitely return if we are in the area.

A lovely family run hotel on the edge of Bellagio town. It is really well located - it's outside the centre of the town, but close enough to walk in for dinner etc (10mins). Bellagio centre is so busy in the summer - it was nice to be away from the madness. And then you are well placed to visit San Giovanni, Pescallo and Loppi. Breakfast was excellent - everything you could want from a continental breakfast. The rooms are very comfortable - even for the single rooms, with air conditioning if you need it. The family that run the hotel are very helpful, and friendly. I would heartily recommend this hotel as a place to stay.

Despite being a non smoking hotel, the bathroom smelled of smoke, . The bed was a little hard, but actually very comfortable. It would have been nice if there was a pool, but there is a sports club next door which has a pool and loungers for hire.
