I loved the staff, they were wonderful & very helpful throughout my stay there.

Now what I did Not like & was very upset about was that BOOKING.COM is falsely advertising rooms that this hotel does not have. I paid Almost $300 for a room that was suppose to have a whirlpool tub or deep tub inside. No room in that hotel had that but on the website that is what is being advertised. This will be my last time booking with BOOKING.COM & I do not recommend this booking site to anyone. That is absolutely unacceptable and that really made my stay less comfortable & enjoyable paying $300 for a basic room. Never again!!! However the hotel & staff was amazing & sadly they told me this has happened multiple times & that I’m not the only individual that had this same problem & they are advising people to complain. Very disappointed.

Traveled for my uncle's funeral, in Fredericksburg VA. Stayed in a Hilton Garden hotels before, and this property was centrally located to family homes and the funeral home. Got back to hotel around 7 the evening of the funeral and decided to have a late dinner - thought burgers were the only selection, but saw salmon. Ordered that meal instead of a burger and it was absolutely delicious!!!! Very, very, pleased with everything. Snow was forecasted so checked to see if I could extend, if the weather actually got really bad and I couldn't drive back home on Saturday, as planned, and they added another potential day to my stay. Fortunately, did not need it, but they readily accommodated my request, in case I did.

It was coviently located right off the highway.

It was dated. the rooms showed their age. pool was wickedly over clorinated. gave my daughter a coughing fit and we only got like 20 minutes in it.

It was very nice. The room was large.

The bed was too firm. I have a bad back and was uncomfortable all night. Also, even though it may not be helped, noise from the highway can be heard from the room

Perfect location, everything was super clean and inviting, beds were very comfortable, and the staff was exceptional. Would recommend this Hilton.

Billing was not correct. My credit card company rectified the problem. Was only 2.50 but the explanation from the hotel account person did not make sense.

The location perfect, rooms, lobby and gym impeccable, clean and very nice. Staff wonderful especially the Chef and bar staff member Brittany.

Spacious room. Very modern clean entrance, restaurant and bar area. Nice decore and friendly staff.

The room was very nice but for sure could use a little repair. Alot of damaged paint chipped tiles (tile.just not done well) and damage to walls not taken care of. Normally I wouod say that be because of a handicappnroom but there is no excuse for bad repair job and touchup paint and being charged full price.stained carpet. I did not book a handicapp but apparently without knowledge booking it was your last room and feel.it should be discounted seeing the rest of the hotel is so nice.

Room was premium making it larger than most, some in room snacks where also included. Close to shopping and restaurants but that wasn't our intent. They do have a restaurant on the premises. Only slight down was the walls are thin our neighbors were upset and asking for management we could hear the entire conversation.

The hot tub was out of service and I would have preferred a breakfast buffet over individual orders. Other than those 2 things, the hotel was excellent.

See previous comment. Spa did not work and breakfast left something to be desired.
