Breakfast, pool

Ice machine on 2nd and 3rd floor didn't work. Key card on door lock was tricky, sometimes didn't work at all.

Location was great. Parking was convenient. Facilities were nice. Breakfast was as it should be. Front desk staff was polite.

The bed was improperly made. There was a mattress pad used as a blanket and it didn't cover the entire bed. I asked for housekeeping both days and neither was completed. It's not that we were "uncomfortable" it was just weird. The proper bed linens should be used at all times. And when housekeeping is requested, it should be provided as posted in the bathroom.

Suzanne made breakfast a delight every morning. She was attentive to all guests and engaging. My room was clean, with fresh towels daily, though I wasn't expecting that. All staff I encountered were great.

It took quite a bit of time to figure out where and then how to control the thermostat. The pool hours were not conducive to my stay. Would have liked to take a morning swim before going out in the morning.

I booked a double room double Queen size bed when I got there. It was one room with the double beds. I was disappointed because I have brought my Daughter with my wife She is 18, so she wanted her own privacy. I feel that I should get reimbursed, because that's what I booked and then paid for.

The location was great.It was clean.

The water wasn’t hot.I had the water on full hot water but it did not get hot.The pillows are small and weird.Full-size pillows are a must.

The personnel during the day was exceptional, not so much during the night shift...

We arrived in the wee hours of the morning because of the winter storm and had to wait for the check-in as no one was at the front desk. A few minutes later, as we needed sheets, no one answered our replies. Drier in the room did not work.

Nice large comfortable room, very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and clean. The check in staff were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the thruway was a bonus.

I have no negative comments as our stay was great. The only thing I think that would be helpful would to be the exit number from the thruway included in the confirmation info.

Location. Rachael at the front was very pleasant greeting us at check in. I regret not remembering the staff member when we checked out but she was also very pleasant. Both thank us for staying there. Also the staff member in the breakfast room did and excellent job keeping everything restocked and fresh.

Front desk and breakfast staff were efficient and friendly. Room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was satisfying. Great location- EZ on/EZ off to I-95. I wish we could have stayed longer to check out the indoor pool!

The front parking lot was a bit small, but I was able to find a parking space.

Although the breakfast hours were still in effect, there was nothing left except packaged oatmeal, and no staff putting more out. There was a bruised banana , a couple of apples, water, and coffee. I don't know if there was cold cereal boxes or juice as I was not interested in them. I was disappointed I couldn't get any sausages or pancakes.

Enough food for every one who wanted some would have been nice.
