Very clean, nice pool, hotel looks very good and stylish. We’ll definitely come back next summer, but will be booking it without breakfast.

Someone mentioned already, that breakfast is a weak spot of this hotel - I can agree, some of the ladies working there were just not nice and openly ignored us several times, while being extra nice to other guests. I understand they are busy and the job might be exhausting, but this is the first time someone treated us like this in Italy. Other staff members (reception, bar, cleaning) are very nice.

Room was a bit back side. And interior was too white also corridor. Breakfast was good except omletto not well cooked in general Italians don't make good omlettes because not used to make. Location is okay though parking was a bit away. Acceptable.

I wished to have seaview room at prices I paid but maybe limited. And restaurant dinner nice atmosphere dishes were well decorated but so delicious, scallop was bit salty, risotto (I had ?) not so tasty as well as Tegami fish soup like caciucco. And one more thing, nowadays sustainable hotels are important and popular better to avoid single use shampoo, bath liquid, better to use refillable bottles to avoid waste of single use packages.

It was amazing stay with this beautiful view from the balcony (specially meeting sunrises and dawns). Hotel stuff were friendly and professional from check in to check out and during the whole stay. They gave me bottle of prosecco as a compliment, imaging, you are checked in, went to the room after visiting sunny beach you found bottle of cold prosecco with greetings from the hotel it was so cute. The room has spacious private balcony with sea view and everything you can need – bath accessories, fridge full of drinks.. The room were clean and modern (especially I'm in love to bathroom window – you can get a shower and enjoy sea view through the room). The wi-fi and air condition worked properly. The location were great – 5 min walking to free beach, 3 min walking to restaurants and about 25-30 min by car to La Spezia for visiting Cinque Terre. Hotel has spacious free fenced private parking space – 3 min walking from the Hotel. Good soundproof – then the balcony door is closed its's keep silence in the room. After my check out as a compliment they didn't charge me for some beer that I've got from the mini bar during my stay, thanks for this ;)

Breakfast were just ok, nothing special with lack of eggs. Lack of wine/prosecco glasses in the room (you have to get it i the hotel bar). Noisy road in front of the hotel (but this is a payback for the amazing view) :)

From the point of checking in, the staff were super friendly and helpful. Every morning we enjoyed a delicious buffet breakfast. The hotel was spotlessly clean and cool thanks to air-conditioning. The location was perfect - across the road from the beach and close to amenities and busses. Wifi worked well. Our little dog was welcome and fussed over by the friendly staff. Our car was safe in the locked up car park. The pool was a haven to cool off in and laze beside.

This has nothing to do with the hotel, but Italy in July/August is extremely hot and very busy.

Everything about our stay exceeded our expectations. The check in process was quick. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The breakfast assortment and services provided by Carla and Daniela were impressive. To our surprise, we received a complimentary a bottle of spumante in our room. We were also allowed to park free of charge in a private car park not far from the hotel. This was a great added bonus because spaces are impossible to come by and street parking is pricey. A 4 star hotel worthy of its status.

The view from our room was amazing ! I took a lot of pictures of sunset . Maria (at the bar) and I think his name was Ricardo who helped us with our luggage and assisted at the bar as well (sorry if it's incorrect name) were super nice , breakfast was good too and room was nice and clean. The hotel had a great live music event . We truly enjoyed our stay and will come back again !

everything however they need to do something to attract more people to the American bar on an evening as it had no atmosphere! yet it was a lovely bar! maybe music or decor it to be more welcoming

its a super central location but that means it’s noisy with traffic. The hotel has great air con and double-glazed windows though.

Perfect location close to the sea. Fresh and clean interrior, room was equipped with all needed things. On arrival there was welcoming bottle of prosecco. Room was cleaned sometimes even twice a day. Breakfast was supertasty, fresh squeezed juices and barista made cappuccino! Bed and pillows need to be mentioned extra 👍

Outstanding services, great quality, clean, private parking is great. Breakfast is excellent and varied. The hotel restaurant is one of the finest restaurants in the area.
