This town is laid-back, chill, and the staff are eager to help but also would rather not deal with a ton of drama. I felt like I wanted to be sure THEY were taken care of over them taking care of us, they were just that friendly :). WiFi was also faster than at my apartment in the US.

Nothing negative about the property, but just a heads up that the train station is a 15 euro taxi (not Uber) right away. If you are going to Cinque Terre, stay in Spezia.

Breakfast was great. Rooms extremely quiet and silent. Dinner was well prepared. Personnel was ready and always available to meet out needs. Beach was close.

Swimming pool was not so large, but you could swim quite well if you wish. Parking was not very large considering the number of customers but we could find a place always except a couple of nights. Pictures presenting the building seem to overstate the size of the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city center, making it easy to explore local attractions, shops, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making check-in smooth. The room was spacious and well-maintained, providing plenty of comfort for a relaxing stay.

Bathrooms weren’t so clean. Last day we didn’t get any clean towels. Breakfast is various once there more room and tourists in the hotel, but the breakfast room is small and if the hotel is full you have to wait till someone will tidy up the tables a while.

Great service, location, included breakfast. Staff were super friendly . Great location from which to do a Cinque Terre day trip or to visit Lucca or Carrera Marble or to spend time at the Tuscan beach clubs.

Bathroom a little oldish, not enough light in. White light in the room (I 'd rather prefer yellow light).

Refurbished hotel in a great location. Excellent breakfast, use of the beach service in the agreed bathroom in front of the hotel. Superfast Wifi. Friendly and helpful staff. I will be back
