Beautiful building in prime location on the Camino. The room was large, comfortable and clean. The bathroom had a bath which was perfect for soaking my tired body! The breakfast was fantastic. Lots of choice with hot and cold foods.

It would have been really nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in the room. There is the bar/pinxos restaurant downstairs to get drinks/food but to have something in the room would have been welcomed.

I ended up staying here for 3 nights, actually— the staff of Palacio de Pujadas was very helpful and kind, allowing me to book two extra nights in the same room when I got sick during my journey on the Camino de Santiago. The room had everything I needed, with a spacious bathtub, sufficient mini fridge, functional television, etc. I was comfortable and felt the room was reasonably spacious, and I enjoyed a nice quiet recovery!

It would have been magnificent to have a water kettle in the room!

Good location right on a small plaza. The windows of my room opened to a dramatic ruins. Restaurant on premises (but restaurant was short-staffed, so my group waited a LONG time to be served). Helpful staff. Nice to stay in a "real hotel" while on Camino. Spacious bathroom with a tub for soaking!

I wish the electric outlets were more accessible.

This property is luxury on the Camino! I treat myself every time I come to do the Camino with a stay here in this restored palace. Beautiful beds with linens, hot showers and charming character filled spaces to relax in. Close to the church and great bars (check out bar deportivo - amazing food) it’s a must do on the Camino. Our room even had a small kitchenette perfect for making tea and coffee and light meals.

Nothing, it’s one of my favourites on the Camino!

The check in was pleasant and efficient. Our room was large and beautifully appointed if a little dated. The bathroom was huge and spotlessly clean it was wonderful to be able to soak in the bath. Great location in the old town.

The menu del dia. To be fair the young guy behind the bar had been on duty all day and looked very tired. At first he offered a basic menu so we had to ask for the menu del dia. My sister and I chose the hake which other guests were eating and looked very good. However we were offered an alternative which was not good at all. After my sister complained to a manager we did get something off the bill but the service in the bar did fall short of expectations.

A nice hotel in a really nice old town. Rooms are not the most modern one, but it fits as it is. Personell is friendly, also english speaking. There was just one unfriendly experience with one of the waitresses, because I was going wrong way direction staircase. Maybe she did not have her best day.

all fine

Brilliant location right on the Camino trail and in the middle of the town. Very luxurious looking hotel. Helpful and pleasant reception staff. My room was very large and nicely decorated. It was very comfortable and clean. Bathroom was large and had a huge bath which was very welcome. Buffet breakfast was 10 euros extra, but it was superb.

No facilities for washing clothes. No facilities for making a hot drink. I went to have a bath, but there was no plug. It didn't take reception long to find one, but I think that was something that should have been noted when the room was serviced rather than me having to discover that my bath was not usable when I came to run it.

Highly recommend. Fantastic hotel in a great location near lots of bars/restaurants/culture. Beautiful and clean. The hotel's cafe/bar is extremely reasonable in price. What makes this hotel are the staff. All the staff including the cafe/bar are helpful, and so friendly. If we return, we would not stay anywhere but this hotel. Thank you to all the staff. Recommend rooms 102 and 103 with balconies.

Nothing.

The hotel had a lovely restaurant and we ate there for lunch one day and dinner the next. It was the Pilgrims menu as we were walking the camino. The hotel rooms were warm and comfortable. We had a room with a small balcony which was lovely to enjoy the morning sun. We did not have breakfast at the hotel . The reception staff were very helpful and friendly.

Everything was good.
