This was my 3rd stay in the last 6 months at Naksa. I love the location, it is right in the middle of Sanur behind the old Hardy's market and 5 mins walk to the beach where you can head North or South along the beach path. There are 12 very comfortable rooms at Naksa (3 with little kitchenettes) 5 rooms are located upstairs with very private balconies. The downstairs rooms are located by the plunge pool which has a couple of small steps and is good for meeting other tourists and having a chat on your terrace. All rooms have a medium to large cold fridge, a large water dispenser (hit and cold) comfortable beds, clean sheets and towels, safety deposit boxes, tv with streaming. The staff at Naksa were amazing always so polite and smiling. Naksa also has a restaurant and convenience store on site. Breakfast and all meals in the restaurant are amazing, it even has other guests staying nearby coming in for meals. I travelled solo this trip and stayed there for 8 nights. I always felt very safe. Give it a go, wonderful value. I will certainly return. Thank you to all the staff for being so friendly and taking such good care of me during my stay.

Everything was great for me, there was nothing I didn't like.

It’s the cleanest property I have stayed in during my two month trip. Exceptionally clean rooms including bathrooms. Lovely crispy white bedding, deep mattress, massive (brand new) fridge. We had our own water cooler, and the pool was actually cool and refreshing! Breakfast choices were great and the food on the restaurant was amazing. Cannot praise this place enough. Lovely people.

The place & the staff are really really nice. . Even the warung Naksa next to it, nice breakfast & great staff. You can do everything by walk in the area. If you want to rest, chill, it's a great place. Also Go to Cosmo for a massage!

It was one of the few places in Bali where I have stayed that everything was in good repair! Super clean, new aircon, bathroom perfect (no dodgy tapware or plumbing) hosted my Made who cared for his property and staff. I ate at his warung right next door on many occasions and the food was excellent and really reasonably priced. My room was upstairs with a view over the rooftops. The place could get a little noisy due to the big heavy doors being slammed by guests. But this was a minor thing. I spent much time in my room and was happy to hang there as it was really comfortable. I had a personal hot/cold water dispenser and fridge. Such a comfy large bed with beautiful pillows. The room was serviced every day of I wanted. Great location and walking distance to other warungs/super markets and a 10 min walk to the beach.

Location was great. Nice and quiet. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Nothing was a problem. Great facilities in our room. Large fridge, hot and cold water dispenser. Would stay again.

Recently built modern homestay very big comfortable bed , walk in shower with large shower head . Wall mounted smart TV with Netflix and good air-conditioning This homestay also has a small store which is well priced and a lovely warrung and the breakfast option with room is good value. Its located roughly behind Artesedana and can be accessed from main street walking a down a gang next to 101 restaurant. Its very close to the Clubhouse for sports fans. Housekeeping is done daily and all of the staff are wonderful. I suggest purchasing the very large water from their store if staying more than a couple of days and a pump from Artesedana both are good value as you will only get 2 bottles of water provided a day for this room i personally like to cut down on plastic bottle waste. Homestay is compact and the little pool is great which is fine for us . We are so pleased that we have extended our stay here and will return next year.

Loved everythink owner and staff very accomadating loved accomadation very comfortable especially having water cooler in room close to main Street and ate alot of my meals at Warung Naska will stay again

Couldn't fault the property, its a small group of units quite new, always clean and in good order, bonus Warung attached also very clean, lovely stalf. Would be happy to stay again.
