Close proximity to the airport. The bus stop where I get off is under 5 min walking distance to Elin Hotel. The staff are warm and very helpful. Mr Hong administered first aid when I hurt my foot. Even the housekeeping staff exceeded my expectations. I didn't ask for cleaning, only for my trash to be removed but they tidied my room as well. I love that the hotel values people with disabilities and serves as a means of rehabilitation and employment for them.

I couldn't find a power outlet at the bench. I had to put kettle down on the floor to boil my water, where the visible power outlet was. Unsafe and slightly inconvenient

Elin hotel was exceptionally neat and tidy. The rooms were well kept and the facilities such as shower, toilet and basin were also clean and well maintained. The bed was also very cozy. I really liked the location of the hotel, only one bus stop away from the airport and the buses coming to the nearby bus stop were very well connected. We did not have to use a cab at all during our entire stay. The hotel also let us leave our luggage in the lobby since we arrived before check in time. All in all, would definitely recommend the hotel especially also since it’s a social enterprise! :)

Location was good, close to the main street of the city. Near to multiple bus stations as well. The hotel was clean, comfortable and relatively spacious. Some parts look like it was just refurbished. There is a sign that states that the hotel supports the disabled community and that it is free of hidden cameras so that was heartening to know.

There are not many parking available at the hotel so you have to leave the key with the front desk if you manage to get one so that they can move your vehicle if necessary. But depending on your luck, you may have to park elsewhere and find your way to the hotel.

Place isn't the newest, but it was pretty clean. Towels were provided as usual, one big and one small for hands, per person. The location is awesome, a few blocks down the road there is a food street and lots of shops nearby. The guys at the reception did not speak much English, but they still tried to solve things they could.

Parking was a bit rough. The hotel has only 4 parking spots in the garage. After parking there, you have to leave the keys on the reception in case you were the front car to park there (there are two spots behind each other so the car in the cannot leave if yoh park there so the receptionist needs to repark your car).

Really liked the separated bedroom from the toilet (still not a shared toilet) Loved the heated flooring! Location is pretty near to the airport if you need to catch an early morning flight The hotel staff communicated well on the parking arrangement for the hotel

The alley to the hotel is quite narrow - sometimes it's hard to maneuver in getting to the hotel if you're renting a car the basement parking space is a double parked system & require reverse parking. Reverse parking was fine, but it's pretty difficult in maneuvering from the narrow road & random parked cars by the roadside

The room was clean and comfortable. It provided all the basic necessities and the staff were all very friendly and helpful and could speak simple English. The free valet parking service was a very pleasant surprise ! It’s very near to the airport and walking distance to food and shopping. And it’s a safe area to stay at. Will stay again in future. Very good value for money for the size of the room and beds provided.

Fairly basic no frill clean room. Nothing to write home about, it's a good place to sleep at with no major downside They kept out luggage after check-out, although they're just left in the hallway. There's always someone at the front desk, but no one is checking you're taking your own bags so don't leave anything of value I guess (not really a downside since it's a bonus they keep your bags, just wanted to point out where bags are as that's info I tend to look for when I book a hotel)

Staff didn't speak a word of English and location isn't great but it's also not awful, just a short bus ride from the center- and very close to the airport

We arrived at Jeju with an evening flight. So we booked this hotel close to the airport. It is very easy to travel between the airport and the hotel. The day after we went back to the airport to pick-up the rental car. Very convenient. After visiting the island, we went back to this hotel because of the perfect location. We dropped the rental car in the afternoon, went to the hotel for an overnight stay and had our flight back to Seoul in the morning. Would definitely do this again.

The staff made a mistake in allocating us our room. So after we check in we went out for a meal. When we came back they already transferred our things to another room. It was not appropriate. I know by rule you dont touch belongings of the guests. They should have waited for us. It was not our fault in the firstbplace to be assigned into a wrong room

We picked this hotel for its location close to the airport. Arrived late afternoon. Too a very easy and short transport with the bus to this hotel. Next day we went the opposite direction to pick up the rental car. Because the hotel was perfect, we booked it again at the end of our vacation on Jeju Island.

Entrance hall is not realy fancy and the receptionists did not speak English, but we used a translator App to communicate, thus worked well.
