The Venue and Location was beautiful. Andries and the Assistant GM made our stay a memorable and pleasurable one. The food was of a good quality. Our Anniversary night dinner was beautifully put together and we had a great time.

The limited items available on the menu. Out of 8 starters only 3 were available. Even the Dinner and Dessert items that were listed on the menu were not all available. The part I disliked the most was the limited time given to have breakfast 7-9am, lunch I think was 12-2pm and dinner 6-9pm. For a 5 star establishment this is absolutely ridiculous. When you are meant to be resting and enjoying your holiday, you have to stress about getting to the restaurant before the kitchen closes. We actually had very limited meals there and rather chose to drive out and eat elsewhere where we didn't have to eat between certain timelines.

We got an upgrade (from tent to family suite) The suit was beautiful and luxurious and the resulting price-performance ratio was amazing. The staff was super friendly and accommodating and they even cooked something for us in the evening from the food we had brought with us, as there was no kitchen in the room. A thousand thanks for a great stay!

Fantastic and very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice spacious rooms and bathrooms with everything that one needs. The breakfast and dinner menu and quality of the food was fantastic and the service also excellent. Very good facilities and beautiful sundowner deck on a hill.

We were only people in the lodge (no other guests) - so was a bit strange. Price is probably a bit prohibitive for a lot of people.

I loved everything about the place. We were there for Christmas (which also happens to be my birthday), and everyone made sure we had the best time. We were upgraded to the King Suite due to a mini mix up when we arrived, so that was really amazing. The staff is very kind and very helpful. Everyone ensured that our stay was a 10/10 experience. Loved it! Would definitely go back.

I loved everything.

While this is a small (not big 5) game reserve, the is plenty to see and the resort and spa is great. So relaxing, such an amazing chance to connect with the bush and Kruger is less than an hour away. The staff really worked hard to cater to our needs, and given they were smashed by CoVid19, the resort was in top shape.

The meals which were included lacked variety, but when mentioned the Chef pulled a few extra items up for us.

Absolutely amazing staff, view and facilities were amazing! Everything from the view to the food was so good! Definitely a 5 star experience! Will definitely go back!

Everything was perfect but they need to review their food menu.i think the resort need to invest more on big five.the game drive was too quiet cause we only saw the general animals

Everything was great. I travelled solo to reset and I wasn't disappointed. The spa treatment was wonderful and the environment is tranquil and refreshing. Amazing staff. Just a heads up; the road is a bit rocky & bumpy especially after the railway pass. My Etios handled it well but I had to navigate very slowly.

I enjoyed my birthday getaway,Everythingwas superb from the customer service to the rooms everything was just amazing the rooms were spacious and neat everything was amazing maan,the food was amazing I'm definitely coming back for my December holidays,this is really a 5 star hotel

Great views, got to see animals while taking a swim which was just exquisite. Andries was a good caretaker.

Not too great for self-catering and we didn't have a kettle to make our own tea/coffee in the morning.
