The staff in the lobby was welcoming and greeted us right away. Check in was fast. The room was clean and comfortable. We didn't partake in the breakfast, although it looked like the usual basics. The gentleman that checked us out was kind enough to ask us if we made sure to get our phone charging cords. Easy access off the Redwood Highway. This was a nice choice if you didn't want to stay in a cabin or tiny motel along the way.

Not much of anything to eat around the area. This hotel is tucked in to a little area with the casino. However, we expected that because the hotel noted this. We ate dinner in Crescent City before stopping for the night here.

This stay was a splurge for us. But the hotel was right where we wanted to be and we ended up adding 2 more nights onto our original one night stay. We have never stayed at a Holiday Inn/Express. Quite surprised. Very welcoming staff. Clean, nicely designed. Great room with the most comfortable bed. Nice that they offer breakfast with quite a few options to choose from. There is a pool, workout room and a separate Casino, none of which we used. Good sound proofing in the rooms.

Almost nothing, it's a nice establishment. The only negative for me was the bathroom sink is an under mount sink and it was a bit moldy on the caulking. And, of course, I wish room rates could be lower, but......:)

This place was great! The beds were so comfortable after a full day hiking around the park and what a great location for visiting the rest of the Redwoods the next day! This hotel was very clean! The staff was very knowledgeable as well as made sure we had a great stay! They had a little food truck available due to the casino and restaurant being closed but we chose the country club diner/bar and it was a lot better than expected and had such friendly staff! Breakfast was honestly one of the best continentals that we have had in a very long time. You won’t regret your stay here!

Rooms were clean. Pool was well kept. Great location as it was close to many of the activities we were planning. Breakfast was a plus as there were not a lot of options for dining around the place.

Had an incident with a staff member when purchasing something from the gift shop. Kind of rubbed me the wrong way in the way she spoke to me. Also didn't like the restaurant/casino attached to the hotel. Really just the restaurant. First day we got there the restaurant was closed because they said that they didn't have a cook show up for work. Second day they had a cook, but the service was extremely slow (and it was not very busy). Wanted the salad bar but it wasn't well stocked and they said they wouldn't be replenishing it because they were closing in an hour. What?!?!

Loved the breakfast!!! The room was very comfortable and perfect after a long day of being on the go!

Didn’t like the Front Desk Gal as I was checking out and asked for a receipt copy. She is the only person of the 8 places we have stayed on this trip who said that since we used Booking.com, which we used for this entire trip to refuse. The receipt is a confirmation that no additional charges were made against our card that we provided to the desk when we checked it. I will be asking booking.com to comment on this after our trip!!!!

Room was large and comfortable (bed particularly good). Bathroom very clean and contained lovely shower products. The gift shop on site also sold food and beverages. Breakfast was good and varied, with hot options, bakery, cereal, fruit etc. Klamath has very limited dinner options but the hotel let us know about that well in advance, so we were prepared. We only stayed one night, but I would happily spend a week here visiting the redwoods!

Walls are quite thin so we were woken up by a 5am conversation in the next room.

Very nice location. Nice facility and very clean. The staff were all very nice. Breakfast was good. Restaurant and small casino attached to the hotel. Nice little bar with food within walking distance. Parking was very easy and convenient. Gas station also within walking distance.

It was a little expensive, but great location to stay for the redwoods.

Good access to the redwood parks. Super comfortable beds. Nice room. The casino associated with the hotel has a restaurant that served good food.

The hot breakfast was good, but was not brought out on time on any of the days we were there. And on the last day, we sat there for about half an hour waiting. I finally went to the front desk to see what the deal was and was told that they were having some sort of technical trouble with the oven and they weren't sure when (or if) the food was coming out. This should have been communicated to us much sooner and without us having to ask!

Nice and new and close to all the redwood stuff you could want. Nice that the hotel told you how limited the dining options were but they were not joking…Klamath is gorgeous and there is a little local bookstore across from the hotel

No local food, casino was good food but needs local flavors and ideas and more veggie options. Also gas station food for dinner was meh

We were there very late season. Quiet. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Enjoyed the pool. Comfortable bed. Great location for us as we were hiking in the parks around us. Super yummy breakfast included. We'll be back.
