The staff at the reception was very helpfull. Free breakfast, the bed was comfy, the AC worked good. The hotel was situated in a nice area downtown, plenty restaurants and shopping, very convenient.

During the day the wifi dropped out, it was ok at night. The TV was not working.

Bula vinaka From Fiji.. The property was in a really central location, closer to shopping centers, restaurant etc. It’s very laid back, spacious and value for money. The owner, Hussein, is a very friendly man, soft-spoken and offers great advice on tours and extra-curricular activities. we were there during Ramadan, but he was really helping us look for alcohol. He organised our Pyramid tour & Nile Cruise with a local driver, Bob (very Famous & funny) who took us to the authentic Egyptian places & made great deals for local prices. Loved the experience and would highly recommend.

nice big hotel room, clean and comfortable, good location - i had the double deluxe room i beleive. little noisy as its outside a major junction, but all of egypt is noisy so not really a problem. one of the few hotels in egypt that has heating, which is a masive bonus for winter month travellers

bathroom door didnt quite lock as it was too big for the frame, but did shut fully so not really a issue.

The location was pretty nice as it wa sone of the centre place for Cairo and you can move to any place within short time. Also thus locates in the shopping street and that was super helpful. And I was kind of solo traveler for some days , and the staffs were super nice and warm.

As this is a vintage type of hotel structure, They can be a bit more careful regarding their logistics like lock and key and bathroom fittings. Otherwise , it's worthy of money and I am happy with their services

The staff is very polite and efficient, all our needs were met easily. The place is clean, near from everything (restaurants, pharmacy, etc.) We tried a lot of hotels of this style in downtown Cairo but this one is definitely the best.

The WiFi in the room could be improved, it is very slow.

Staff was friendly and the rooms were good for the money. You can use the kitchen for coffee and the cleaners are very friendly. The staff is helpful so never too scared to ask for help. Dont expect a jacuzzi and pool within cairo without paying quite a lot. This was a great hotel for people who want to leave their rooms and go explore but still come back to somewhere comfortable to spend the night. We saw other hotels for more money that were in worse spots and not worth it. This is a great location near the Nile and within the city.

The view from the balcony isn't the best but the sun in the mornings and fresh air is quite pleasant.

I recommend this hotel Because it enjoys a strategic location in the heart of Cairo’s central square, maintenance is carried out continuously. The breakfast was very rich. You can arrange any trips with the hotel management. I thank everyone for the good reception ❤️

As a Solo- Female traveler, it's not easy to find clean, safe, comfortable, and unique hotels the downtown (especially in Egypt)! I highly recommend this option for any foreign and Arabic females!, in general for those looking for unbelievable and nonforfeitable experience in Cairo, Egypt. The value of money 💵: its exceed my expectations as you pay for a room in downtown - very close to the attractive locations-. But as well, the size of your room, the ventilation and lighting is the best comparison to the hotels in the area. (Don't forget to speak of the fantastic breakfast 🍞 🤤😋) Before I ended up with this option, I tried and visited more than 20 hotels and hostels in Cairo (this is not my first time in Egypt), so I recommend this option to all lovers of travel and roaming.

If you don't like downtown and noise (in general), choose another location! But don't judge the hotel because you are not familiar with the Cairo situation
