It is a beautifully renovated hotel with top tier lobby and rooms. It is right in the heart of Gallipoli; a 15 minute walk to the old part of the city where there are great restaurants and bars and view of the ocean. The breakfast room at the top of the hotel has a great view of the harbour and ocean.

At first they wanted to put us in a room that was right across from a major construction site. Accepting the room assigned would have made the balcony unusable as there would have been dirt and sand coming in. As well, the room was freshly painted but the toxins from the paint and smelling it every night would have made it intolerable. We did not accept the room assigned and fortunately there was a better room but more expensive and we were given that.

Amazing location, easy 5 min walk to the old town with great view of the castle but not in the noisy busy part of the street. Amazing friendly staff (front office and restaurant/breakfast) - friendly, great with communication, very attentive and never has anything that’s difficult for them. Amazing breakfast with great view on the top floor, we didn’t have dinner at restaurant but had the tiramisu in the restaurant after dinner in the old town which is to die for. Amazing facilities - great private parking which is rare to come by in Gallipoli, didn’t get to use the pool but looks great, gym has got all the stuff we needed for a good workout in. Amazing spacious comfortable room with comfortable king sized bed with nice balcony for an aperitivo, soundproof room. The only regret we have is us not going for the massage to complete our stay.

Would have liked some streaming services with the TV, but not necessary.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a well-designed lobby. The location is great, and the convenient parking was a bonus. The lady at the front desk was especially helpful—she gave us excellent recommendations for food and attractions!

Small shower and the bathroom could use a bit of an update. The view from our window was a construction site behind the hotel, which took away from the sea view.

The chef team is simply outstanding. the most tasty and special food I have eaten in years. Really the chef has talent. it is worth staying just to eat and if you don’t stay book in the restaurant for dinner they kindly let me park my motorbike in the storage area. this clearly was a little inconvenient but they were super nice about it

the rooms are ok but my shower was really small and it was difficult to have a comfortable shower. I am a thin chap and anyone who considers them self otherwise might really struggle the services are a bit limited. so no fast laundry service was available and I was sent to the launderette a 150 m away. this was on for me I actually had a fun experience in the laundromat service place but not all guests would like this

Location was not far from the old town where there are many people outside, yet the inside of the hotel was very calm and quiet. Facilities and rooms were lovely, and the staff were extremely helpful and kind!

Everything was really great except an in-house massage that both me and my partner had, and it was not worth the money.

Breakfast was fantastic and the service was excellent. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The turn down service was a nice touch and the room was made efficiently every morning & to very high standard.

I missed a hair dryer in the room but I’m not sure whether Italian hotels have them at all as I know fur health and safety they don’t have irons so maybe it’s the same with hairdryers. If I had know I would have brought one as they are usually standard in our Country and a lot of European countries.

The staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. Diya in particular went out of her way for us. Very nice views from the rooftop and the front facing rooms only.

There is no iron available at all even on request. Only an ironing service in the morning. I really dont see the sense in that at all as people are travelling on the go I had to go out one of the night completely creased quite frustrating.

Great location, comfortable bed and room. Lovely staff. Within east walking distance of train station and old town.

Only one sunlounger available on roof terrace. Perhaps because it is still out of season? Only diners in hotel restaurant on Saturday evening which seemed very strange. Tiny shower cubicle! Difficult to reach coat hangers due to height of rail.

Breakfast variety was quite nice, the view of the location overlooking the sea was also quite a pleasant add-on. The interior design of the hotel, especially ground floor is nice and well though through.

The architectural planning is disappointing, 5 star hotel which doesn't provide bathrooms on same floor with the fine-dining restaurant. The pool which only has 3 sun beds , where to get to the 3rd bed one would have to almost step over other guests. Noise isolation was bad, we were just under the kitchen and seemed like the chef was clumsy and often dropping something on the floor :D

What can I say Wow. Brilliant location Staff wonderful and helpful. Rooms beautiful. Breakfast Great choice.

The only little think was the view from our bedroom window its currently a building site. But overall doesn't really affect your fab stay.
