the location is good. It is clean.

There is NO hot water in shower! the staff does not make you feel warm when check in. It is not worthwhile for the money.

Very friendly, we were budget conscience. We wanted a comfortable safe clean place to sleep and use as a base. This location was just the right hotel for us. It's not an upscale hotel or location, very down to earth where the locals work and live, eat and drink. Tourist friendly for sure. The location is near enough to everything a tourist would hope for on a visit to the area. We would book it again. Extremely accommodating!

The location was in the heart of town, at times it was louder than we wanted, eventually it settled down. Not a huge issue for being in the middle of town.

Great location, fantastic price. Staff was responsive when we had a sewer gas odor in our bathroom. They fixed it the same day.

There was a lot of street noise, the towels were well worn, and the wifi didn't work outside the lobby. Thanks to the other reviews, we knew this before arrival though, so we planned accordingly. We took a white noise machine to help drown out street noise for sleeping. We took our own towels, and we downloaded everything that we needed on our phones before we left the U.S. It all worked out!

Great location right next to an amazing food market. The staff are very helpful. Water is available at reception, they were also able to store my bags for a full day before my night bus. The rooms are a great size, I didn't have any issues with noise either.

The WiFi wasn't fantastic from my room but worked well in the common arears.

This is my first stay at this hotel. The Location is excellent, very clean, room and bathroom sizes were very comfortable spaces. Good daylight. Staff was very nice. Excellent value for the money

The location it was the best !

The bathroom smelled bad. The First Gentleman who welcomed us wasn’t really friendly. The rest of the days we did not have any contact with someone else. The place does not looks like properly clean eve due there is people cleaning public areas.

The location was the best. The beds, linens and closet space, lots of drawers to unpack luggage, table and coffee maker. The staff was wonderful.

Hot water comes out after 5 min of running the shower. It will come. The wifi in the common areas outside of the rooms is good but some might think inconvenient. Once you step outside its strong, there are tables & chairs in the terrace.

I do not have soap or shampoo at the room , and the zinc was clogged and the time waiting for hot water

We arrived 14h30, they said check-in was at 15h, then we have to wait until 16h because rooms were not ready yet!

Location! A lot of things are within walking distance staff was super friendly and helpful. I was able to leave my suite case in the hotel after check out at no extra charge!

The beds were a bit small, but that was fine.
