- very nice view - spacious rooms - heating available - good and cosy blankets - good quality of baby bed - open library - good breakfast It would also work great for groups of people because the balconies go directly to the common terrace and have a door to go outside there. If you need privacy then it might in crowded times be a bit too busy.

- the pool is not really a pool, it would not be possible to swim there because it is too shallow and too narrow - the laundry charge is extremely high - the area is one where you are dependent on a car. There are no pedestrian sidewalks to get to restaurants or basically anywhere

modern clean room with a nice shower and a balcony. It feels like a intimate hotel with a small restaurant and a bar that is open all day/night. The small plunge pool on the terrace is realy nice and has an amazing view and ample lounge chairs. There is also a dock you can swim from and more lounges down next to the lake. There is parking (small underground) as well as a small lot next door. Breakfast was nice. I really liked this hotel and would stay here again. Would recommend having a car as its a bit out of the main areas but we liked being able to drive over to the other villages to eat and explore.

Super location directly at the lake with beautiful views and an access to a private pier. I liked the little pool (rather to chill than swim), resting/sunbathing areas and the possibility to rent a SUP for a decent price. Underground parking was a plus (with pretty tight entrance but manageable for a mid-sized car). Staff was friendly and even helped me organise a converter for power plug of my laptop. Good breakfast and mid-day snacks were tasty. There are also a few restaurants and bars within a few minutes walk.

Everything was just perfect. And even much more beautiful than on the pictures. Fantastic breakfast, adorable and so helpful staff, the room with view on the lake, the view from everywhere in the hotel. I highly recommend this place. And wanted to thank again the fantastic reception staff that helped us with many tips, bus timetables, taxi arrangements to go to the airport. They truly made our stay memorable

Beautifully appointed hotel, right on the lake. Very nice and attentive Staff. Our lake view room had lovely balcony. Property is very quiet and relaxed in many ways 😎

Nothing to dislike, the only small adjustment could be made during the evening (aperitivo)hours. It would be nice, if guests could order some small cold cuts or platters with their drinks, since hotel restaurant is closed after 15:00.

It is difficult to describe the hotel as you won't be able to give the correct impression. Very quiet area, the rooms facing the lake are a piece of paradise with the sound of waves. Good breakfast and the staff were all amazing with a big smile at the reception, provided help as much as they can. Would strongly recommend this hotel for a quiet weekend for couples.

The hotel is conveniently located and easy to find. The parking is underground and perfect. The check in was smooth - the rooms are great - go for the lake view of course, pity that dinner was not available but there are some restaurants near by. The breakfast was good. All in all a nice stay.

- Location ist perfect: Not far from the beautiful cities in the southwestern area of the Lago - great private "beach" area. Not a real beach, but sunbeds on grass, which is even better. Landing stage from which you get into the lake for swimming, SUP etc. - enough parking options in or at the Hotel - only a few rooms, so it never feels crowded - small supermarket less than 5 mins by foot - really friendly and helpful staff in all areas of the Hotel - beautiful views from the seaside rooms - good breakfast (also with beautiful views)

Rooms are decent, TV a bit tiny. Bathroom quite worn-down, though. Rusty, leaky and warped elements, narrow shower (at least in the smallest room category on the top floor). Bathroom was actually the only thing during our stay that might make us not come back instantly to this otherwise amazing hotel. If you don't care about the "cosiness" of bathrooms anyway, then this shouldn't be an aspect to be considered too much when thinking about a stay here.

The hotel is a little hotel (about 20 rooms) the location is superb, just "on" the lake. with direct enter to the water. Stunning view of the lake and surrounding from the room balcony (most of the rooms are facing the lake). Good free parking spot, good restaurant in walking distance. or 10 mints drive to the near "city" Arona. were you have lots of food options. The room was very clean, the bed was perfect. The breakfast was fresh and good and the restaurant is facing the lake.

The room is small (but we knew about it when we paid for it), the bed - which is perfect, is big for such a room. The shower was a bit small so not so comfortable. The decoration is a bit Old and dark. The TV is small and old (we didn't use it). but after all the plus side over come all the downside and we enjoyed our stay VERY much.

Nice, little hotel directly at the lake. Nothing beats having a breakfast or reading a book with this view. The hotel is located in a small village, which we liked a lot as the bigger town of Stresa nearby seemed to be overrun by tourists. The room was big, the beds comfortable and bathroom was ok. Staff were great as well: they helped us to make restaurant reservations and advices us where to park in the places we went to. Would recommend to get a room with lake view and to make a reservation at Bella Vista restaurant (only an 800m walk away) for dinner.
