Location was very good - right at the entrance of Universal Studios with a 24 hour Walgreens Branch close by, as well as a few restaurants and a souvenir store. The rooms were a bit old but they were very clean. One of our rooms smelled a bit too strong of disinfectant but the smell did dissipate eventually. Beds were big and comfortable. Breakfast consisted of bread, sausages and bacon, waffles and there was a steady supply of milk and juice.

There was only one elevator working during our stay. The pool was pretty old. The hallways were not cleaned daily because I noticed bits of potato chips on our first day and by the time we checked out a few days later, the chips were still there.

This was our second stay here. Once in 2019 and now in 2024. All staff were absolutely fabulous. So friendly and helpful, always cheery to greet you after a long day at the parks. Great location for Universal. 10 mins to downtown. 5 minutes to International Drive, premium outlets and 2 huge malls. Love the breakfast selection and all day coffee station in the foyer! Comfy bed. Great price for an 8 night stay.

good value. good parking. good position. stayed here three times over many years. could do with a little updating in places but still generally good. staff are super helpful.

children/students unsupervised in the room next door. excited is good but they were too much. we had an adjoining door so was noisier than otherwise it would have been. the voices at breakfast means the youngsters were late teens on an organised trip.

Helpful & friendly staff, clean and spacious room, good location (5 minutes to Universal Studios theme parks and 30 minutes to Magic Kingdom & Epcot), decent breakfast options. The beds were comfortable. There were few stores like Walgreens, 7-11 nearby. The swimming pool looked nice and hotel had self operated washing machine and drier.

Can't think of anything apart from the AC in the room being little bit loud at some times.

The attitude of the staff was exceptional. Just an FYI--after leaving your hotel on my way to St. Petersburg I had an accident that totaled the rental car, got 6 cracked ribs, had to use the jaws of life to get me out. Far different from my stay with you. ff Lucky to be alive. Just a note of interest. Thank you..

...Only things need improvement 1.had called before left to talk to their universal ticket person..told he be there abd we could pickup tickets when we got there..not true...no ticket person ..had to go to hotel next door to get tickets 2 shuttle to park: It only goes out in morning We got there at 2 pm..after checking in we had to walk almost a mile in record heat to park They need afternoon shuttle times

The hotel team is so friendly. My wife and I arrived earlier than the check-in time, but the manager checked us in for free and told us a lot about the free shuttle to Universal Orlando (where we were headed).

Staff was very friendly. Room was comfortable clean and the air conditioner worked well

The pool was not heated. It was freezing cold where tourists were not used to that.

This was our second time staying here. This time was our honeymoon. We like it enough to stay again.

No flavored creamer...lol nothing serious.

The hotel was in a great location, so close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was super nice. Breakfast was excellent.

I wish there had been a little more room in my room, and I wasn't fond of the pillows...but everything else was great.
