I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The cleanliness of the rooms and common areas was good. The reasonable pricing was a plus, offering great value without compromising on quality. I would also like to extend my heartfelt thanks to your exceptional staff members: Ms. Hanen (حنين), Ms. Amani (اماني), and Mr. Ibrahim (ابراهيم). They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was pleasant, providing friendly and professional service at every turn. Their attentiveness and warm hospitality truly made a difference in my visit. I will definitely be recommending your hotel to others and look forward to returning in the future.

One of the best options to stay in Tabuk City. The hotel is very clean and the service is very good. I booked the 2-bedroom apartment. The receptionist (Muna) is very friendly and the hotel Manager (Mr Ibrahim) is very sweet, he sent to our room two plates of desserts and Moroccan tea as a welcome drink.

Extremely pleasant staff, a gentleman called Hani, called my prior to my arrival welcoming me & when we arrived he was there waiting, we checked in in no time, and when I took the unit whith had 2 bedrooms I was treated with a coffee of my choice, I'm definitely visiting them again.

The restaurant on the roof So nice to find a good restaurant in Tabuk, with realy nice Arabian food! And so easy, when getting back after a long day of work. Fantastic The server did speak my own Native language, wich in Saudi Arabia, in Tabuk is rare, very rare... The reception ladies in both restaurant and Hotel desk are fluent in English. The manager is an extremely helpfull an friendly man. Very much appreciated. I do prefere this hotel in Tabuk over the others of big more commercial groups.

A small improvement could be a " lobby printer" accessible for guests just to print out travel documents. ( although the hotel desk was very helpfull)

It was Ramadan, and there was no breakfast. Either u can propose room service or more cutlery and plates for us to have food in the room.

The electricity shut-down from the room immediately after exiting the room (after removing the access card). I kept my phone and laptop charging in the room, but when I return, I found the batteries completly dead.

this second time I stay on banan hotel , each time I believe that I select one of the best hotel on tabuk city , the all stuff are excellent and every thing on hotel is perfect , special thanks to MR Ibrahim noor for hospitality and good reception 🎁

Very friendly staff and manager. We arrived very late at night and they were available and friendly. Good size room, and good bathroom.

No breakfast during Ramadam.

Second time I stay here, on transit to airport of a work trip further. The rooftop restaurant is still good, Nice view over Tabuk and the Tabuk cultivated area. The room is still large, and clean. And the staff still very helpfull... and I slept like a rose Perfect if yr tired of staying In Hotel chains, this family ran hotel is great.
