The location is brilliant, so close to Charles Bridge and the Old Town Square. The Junior Suite was lovely, we really liked our room and felt it was a great size - the bed was super comfortable!

There was an adequate variety of food at breakfast, but it seemed that things kept on running out and there was no stock rotation. The cook (lovely lady) didn't speak anything other than Czech, so it was difficult trying to communicate with her (though we did use google translate). She certainly determined whether you could or could not get an omelette each morning - we worked out that if she's just cooked fried eggs, you couldn't, but if there weren't any eggs out, you could get one!

Excellent location within walking distance of major sites. Even though located in the tourist hub, the hotel was quiet and peaceful inside. We had to use a combination of elevator and stairs to reach our room on the fourth floor but we agreed to that in advance and were delighted with the lovely large and comfortable room. The breakfast spread was abundant and varied, especially for a six night stay.

It was exactly what we were looking for — no complaints!

The staff at reception were very accommodating and helpful! It was quiet in the hotel and the location was amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay made even better by the friendliness of reception. The check out time was perfect (12pm) and was able to leave my bags at the property whilst I went in to the city on the day of my departure. They also provided me the option of an even later check out for an extra 20 euros.

Would have loved to have a mini fridge in the room. I would also recommend to cover up the breakfast plates as unfortunately had a fly make its way into one of the dishes due to the weather (no fault of the hotel)

The hotel location is excllent , it is in the middle of all old city attractions, the rooms are big with good furniture, very good and freindly staff, specially Ms. Maria the front desk officer. She was very kind, caring, knowledgeable and helpful. She made our stay beautiful with her help in selecting for us where to go and where to eat . Infact the whole staff was very kind and helpful. The hotel breakfast is very good with good selection. Also the resturent has good dinner. The hotel price was very reasonable too.

Location, character of building. Now there is a restaurant on site with 20% discount for guests Will be back next year but will upgrade room.

Paying 1 euro per coffee pod in room. Low beem between bed and bathroom. Even though aware of it still banged head twice in the dark. Stayed 3 times before and always stayed in superior room, so never had problems with low beems or size of room. Lift only goes upto 3rd floor, so if not fully fit request 3rd floor or lower.

Location is exceptional (although you can't actually get a car to it so we had to drag heavy bags some way over cobbles!). The room was a good size and well appointed with a comfortable bed.

Check in was rather clunky. We were left waiting at the desk on arrival after a long journey for several minutes until the recptionist arrived, other members of staff buzzing around seemingly oblivious to our presence. The lazer dot things on the ground floor are odd and very out of place! The key cards often took several attempts to open ground floor doors!

central location, very easy to find from the Prag main station, and convenient to all main attractions the service was great, small-ish scale hotel but the staff was friendly, especially Adam who checked us in and out, was fantastic. Breakfast well-balanced choices, definitely had everything you would need to start the day. we loved the room! big and spacious, high ceiling, perfect for my parents and I. b stunning chandelier placed in the historic and rustic room

i guess this is not up to the hotel since the building is so old, our room was on the ground/cellar floor so we couldn't open the window or get some natural light, but it was fine, not a super big deal! another thing is maybe update the address or location on google map? the map took us to the other side of the building but the main entrance is from the other street. we still found it no problem but was a bit confusing we showed up to the location from the map and it was a wall

Lovely room, with plenty of space and well-appointed bathroom. Interesting building that was a former monastery. Excellent location to walk to most places in Old Town and New Town Prague.

Only downside is the loud rock beat until about 11 PM from the cannabis shop on the street level, and occasional late night voices of drunks on the narrow street below.

Location was just excellent. The room spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff very helpful and attentive. Breakfast absolutely nice, lots to choose from. Perfect WiFi, especially if compared to somewhat slower internet connection out in the street.

Missed minibar or at least a fridge in the room. And a bathrobe - would be nice to have it.

All the staff were so nice and helpful. The room we had was very nice and exceeded our expectations. We’d gone away on a surprise holiday for my partner’s birthday, I hadn’t informed the staff this was the occasion but the cleaning staff must’ve seen her birthday cards and brought us up a free fruit platter for her. They went above and beyond and we loved our stay.
