Very central location right on Karlova, smack in the middle of the Old Town. Beautiful view from the window. Nice, large room and small kitchen with high ceilings.

No option to store luggage after checkout, except a 1km trek to the main office, plus a 5 Euro charge per bag!

The apartment and location were fantastic. Everything was very clean, and there was plenty of communication.

Before check-in we received many messages from the property. The messages specified two different check-in times, but only the later one was correct. The messages also said that we could leave luggage at reception, but when we arrived they told us we had to pay for a nearby storage space. And none of the messages mentioned the actual address of where we would stay, so my planning was based on the wrong address that was provided.

The apartment was clean, had lots of space and was an excellent location for walking everywhere.

We aren't keen on having to pick up keys in one location, and staying in another. After a day of travel, this is the last thing we want to do. Even worse if you have to drop the keys back off at another location and you can't just leave them locked in the apartment for the cleaners to collect after check-out, as most apartments allow you to do. We also didn't get the apartment that was advertised on Booking.com when we booked, and listed on our invoice. The apartment was excellent, just wasn't in the location we'd originally booked. Totally different address. Also - the double windows do drown out a lot of sound, but there are a couple bars near that street (Vejvodova) - so I definitely recommend earplugs.

Spacious, clean, beautiful historic building, right in the heart of the historical old town

It’s about 15 min walk from the reception office, we had to roll our suitcases through very thick crowds on the old square. Also a bit noisy because it’s right in the busy old town. The heating was off the first night but once we inquired, they turned it on

Perfect location in the middle of Old Town. Walking distance to areas of interest, shopping and restaurants right on your door step. Trams a short 3-4minute walk away. Clean & tidy with everything you need to enjoy your time in Prague

Picking up the key then getting to our apartment was problematic as there was nowhere for our Taxi to park so we had to walk. This was not as easy as we thought as the town was full of tourists & cobblestones and suitcases don't mix. The apartment has no airconditioning or fans making it an extremely uncomfortable stay during August. The average temperature in the apartment night or day was 28-29 degrees. To be fair the apartment doesn't advertise that they have aircon or fans but it's definitely something that should be considered.

It is a great, great location if you want to be in the historical center. It is super busy in the street outside, take that into account. The apartment was on the top floor so no issues with the noise. The apartment was great, not only beautiful but super comfortable. If this is your first time in Prague, this is a fabulous option.

Getting the keys was a bit of an issue because the 'reception' is about a km away. It seems lots of people get confused. Instructions should be more direct and clear for guests . The only issue with our stay was that they were few cleaning supplies and for a week's stay we need more things in order to keep the place clean. However, I did not contact their team in order to request supplies, which was my mistake.

Beautiful apartment, in an excellent location. The rooms were spacious, and the apartment was clean and warm (a must for December).

Even though from reading previous reviews I knew that there was a walk involved from reception to the apartment I hadn't quite appreciated how hard it would be wheeling a suitcase across the old town (where every street is cobbled) during the Christmas markets. It was almost an impossible journey. On the way to checkout, because we knew where we were going, we picked a slightly longer (13 minutes) walk that avoided the square and was on much less cobbley footpaths. I think the properties would benefit from some written instructions of the best routes for suitcases. Also, the beds were very, very hard, and only 1 pillow and 1 towel per person. I know this seems a lot of negativity, but it's just some points for improvement, and we would absolutely 100% stay here again.

The location

The process for getting the key means that the reception away from the apartment about 3 kilometres and the check-in process very difficult and want tak the card and ther is a deposit 200 euro I that is very expensive

Location and cleanliness is excellent…

Reception/costumer service not friendly, not accommodating. We arrived at around 1000ish. The 1 apartment was check in just right on time but the 2nd was late for 40mins. You have to check in to their main reception which is 10mins walk from our apartment and mind you we are carrying our bag as they dont keep it. The apartment are key coded. I dont why we have to go their main reception when we do the check in online. As the weather is hot. The apartment should provide at least more fan. As they already forsee the weather can be too hot for the travellers. At least provide sufficient fans. The bed frame are dangerous, hard cheap wood-and sharp at the edge, painful when bump on it.
