WE LOVED OUR STAY AT THIS LEVEL APARTMENT HOTEL! IT WAS EXTREMELY WELL LOCATED, IMMACULATELY CLEAN, AND THE PROFESSIONAL, ALWAYS SMILING STAFF WERE OUTSTANDING FOR OUR 5 DAY STAY. EXTRA STAFF WERE ON DUTY DURING CHECK OUT AND CHECK IN HOURS. THE KITCHEN WAS FULLY OUTFITTED, ENABLING US TO COOK MEALS THERE!!! NESTERS GROCERY NEXT DOOR MET ALL OUR SHOPPING NEEDS FROM GOURMET INGREDIENTS TO THE BASICS. AND A SHORT WALK TOOK US TO THE METRO CANADA LINE TO REACH THE AIRPORT. MAKE SURE YOU ENJOY A MEAL AT NERO'S WAFFLES. THE AVOCADO BENEDICT AND DARK CHOCOLATE/ STRAWBERRY WAFFLES WERE THE BEST EVER!!! WE WILL RETURN!!!

It rained 2 days of our 5, but we were prepared.

The condo/suite was really nice. It was fully furnished and very spacious. Lots of amenities. Nicely decorated. The staff that we met were very friendly and extremely helpful. It was close to Yale town, which was where my son and daughter-in-law‘s wedding was being held. Level was close for walking distance to Granville, Seymour, Yale town. It was within walking distance to everything in downtown Vancouver. I would definitely stay there again.

If you are in a unit on the front side of the building…Directly across the street from the condo units, is a business called the Penthouse. It is a strip club, and the music was very loud until about 2:00 in the morning Saturday night.

The accommodation was spacious and the hotel had thought of everything that a longer stay would require. It was all spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with crockery and cutlery, coffee machines, kettle, toaster, pans and pots, fridge/freezer, microwave, stove/oven, a dish washer, washing up and drying cloths - all we needed and more! The washing machine and dryer were tucked away in a cupboard - with laundry powder supplied for 2 washes! There was ample cupboard space both in the bedroom and the storage room. An impressive apartment! The staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful.

Nothing - it was superb!

The location was terrific. Our room was private and very quiet. We loved having a balcony and a kitchen that completely served our needs. We needed little support from the staff, but when we did, they were very helpful and friendly. We didn't get to use the pool or hot tub, which was located on the roof with a fabulous view, and look forward to trying them out on our next visit!

Sadly, the steam room was out of commission during our stay. One tiny point, we were provided with nice hand and body towels and bathrobes, but no face towels.

Seems that upper floors of the same building does not belong to the hotel but other residents who can access with the lifts' just a concern of security Not enough lighting Pillow is too soft Prefer to add hand-carry shower It does not make sense that the hotel is not able to provide me receipt even though they charged on my credit card. Instead, I am suggested to ask Booking.com to provide me with the receipt. This is the first time I heard about this practice

I have been working in retail and customer service is the most important criteria for me. My expectations are high. In this hotel, there is a jewel name Natalia. She is always smiling; make you feel special, going further to make the clients feel at home. She is extremely competent and so so nice. I loved the apartment, vey very well located. But my stay was amazing. I have to give a lot of credit to Natalia.

I had troubles with prior reservations, cancelled at the last minute. This place was higher than my budget. The rest everything was perfect.

Fully stocked and some extra extra gadgets and toys as well in my unit. From fancy drawer dishwasher I didn't even use but never even seen before to housecoats and full size shampoo conditioner and body wash in shower and not just the dinky little bottles most other places. I wish I could have stayed longer and I did extend 1 extra night but my home was finally available so I had to go

I must admit that checkout being 10 am is a little early and same goes for shutting down the hot tub at 10 pm at night i find too early

Proximity to centre of Vancouver. Able to walk everywhere and/use public transport. Felt safe and welcome. Helpful front desk and ancillary staff. Good value and spacious apartment. Had everything you need to self cater, also washing and drying machines within the apartment, very well provisioned. Good size fridge/ freezer and dishwasher.

No problems identified

The room was actually more of a studio. We had a king bed and a sleep couch (which we did not use since we were just with the 2 of us). The bed was extremely comfortable. The room was spacious and all necessary tools were in the kitchen. It also had a small terrace with chairs and not to forget a separate room to store your luggage. The location is good; more or less in the middle of Vancouver so a very good spot to start the exploration. A big plus was the swimming pool and hot tub on the roof. There are also BBQs available and a couple of table to eat if you like that. No breakfast available (but we knew that upfront). However with the supermarket almost next doors this is not really an issue; and there are many breakfast cafes all around as well.

The room was a bit pricy; we booked it almost half a year upfront and we were not able to find a place in Vancouver city with similar quality and rating so after all it was acceptable. We had a room on the front side; be aware that this is a main road so traffic is dense and can be a bit noisy. But if you decide to stay in the city center that is just something you need to accept as well.

The apartment was very spacious had a washing machine and dryer came with laundry powder sachet as well. Microwave hob and dishwasher as well. Good balcony as well.

Balcony was dirty and needed a clean and we did let them know it’s not a complaint!! There is a nightclub opposite and the club itself wasn’t noisey just people going in and out but not the fault of the apartments! Easy to walk everywhere and a little supermarket within a 5 min walk as well.
